Once you learn the trick it's pretty easy like picking a quarter up off the floor with a forklift.
The 5th guy really said "alright I'll try"
He poked it at the least stressed part of the balloon
Literally anyone can do it. It's really easy. You just need to know where to poke it
But not only did the last guy do it but the 5 guy did it 🎉

For anyone wondering, it works only at the base and at the top of the balloon because the latex is thicker at those points but you still need a steady hand
Bingo, I noticed right off He poked it twice in the exact same spot.
Yeah.That is the point
come on, it is super easy - you dont need a steady hand. just try it
Exactly. And that's why the ones that burst it are the assistants.. they ain't the brightest ones of the med field 🤣
Dentist docs use needles but the doctors at hospitals and doctor offices do not. They have the nurse do that. But some of those shoots require them to pinch you in a way that it makes the area where the needle pokes you at thinner. So balloons are not humans.
"then the most experience doctor is the only one to do it" Guy 5:"am I a joke?"
I think he went behind the ballon
It's not about steady hands, it's about where on the balloon you poke it. Only on the top where it's tied off or on the very bottom because the rubber is thicker in those spots
Yes and no. It's thicker but that's not the reason it doesn't pop. The reason it's thicker in the first place is that those sections aren't under tension like the rest of the balloon because of something called "the hairy ball theorem" (I'm not kidding). In the same way you can't brush a hairy ball so all the hairs point in one direction, the balloon can't pull in the same direction all over and leaves two spots slack.
@@smallangryowl2162 so then it is thicker
Honestly, it’s not even about steady hands. It’s only where you poke it.
exactly !!!
@@Skibiritruki Yep, but it's not the thickness that stops it popping! On most of the surface of the balloon the rubber is pulling towards the top and bottom, if you've ever seen slo-mo footage of a balloon bursting you'll see that the tear goes around the middle of the balloon every time. However the top and bottom can't pull to themselves so it leaves areas that aren't trying to pull themselves apart, meaning when you puncture it there it doesn't pop. The very reason it's thicker is because it's not being pulled on!
Don’t need steady hands, just an understanding of balloon physics

5th guy: Nah, I'd win
Yes. Not about how, but about where. All the successes ever are the top or bottom. It's about knowledge, not skill.
It has to be penetrated on the very top or down where its tied off. The rubber/vinyl is thicker.
They're soft there, less tension than the rest of it
yuuuup
Ok
No where the rubber isnt under tension
@@Lynx_cinematics.mp4 which is exactly what was the OP was talking about.
For those who don't understand, if you poke the top of the balloon, it will not pop due to the fact that it's a softer surface than the sides you can also poke the bottom of the balloon and it won't pop🎉
YES
And also right around the bottom where the balloon is tied
Also because it’s thicker
@@User2o2 yes becouse there is less pressure on that part
Yea bro I got taught it when I was like 6

The redhead one is beautiful!
The trick is to do it at the top or bottom of the balloon. The latex is thicker and less stretched there, so you can insert it without it popping.
I first thought it was about the fact he used his fingers on the balloon to steady his hand. But I think you're right.
nope, the trick is to apply small piece of transparent tape to the ball and pierce trough it.
@@GGGG-dd3bu nnnnnno, that's not the case here. The balloon does indeed have more of its material bunched up at the top or down at the bottom with the nozzle, and it's why you can insert a needle through those areas. Heck, you could even stab it with a thicker skewer and the trick would still work! With that material not being stretched out nearly as much and being denser, stabbing into those areas doesn't cause the balloon to pop like it would if you poked it anywhere else where the material is stretched. that tape trick might work if done just exactly right, and the tape ought to hold the material down and keep it in place, but tape is clearly not being used here in this video.
I’ve got an entire pencil inside a balloon through the bottom
@@GGGG-dd3buNope, he didn't do that. Even though that works aswell. How did you come to that conclusion?
5 doctors succeeded because at the ends of the ball there is the thickest layer of rubber, or whatever it is made of, and thus the ball is thin on the sides and thick at the edges
Exactly. I'm glad the practicing Dr got it right.... You'd hope they're the brightest in the room😂😂
its just physics
I think it’s an even simpler explanation, the needle is a trick needle like fake stunt knives
@Geared09 it's really easy to do but I think it's fake too he is holding it quite suspiciously
Not doctors. Dentists.
Put a small piece of transparent duct tape on the balloon and you can stick through it without popping the balloon, no problem. Put a second piece on the opposite side and you can stick the needle all the way through the balloon - it's a common trick at kid's birthdays, although not with syringes, but with knitting needles.
I am deathly afraid of needles and this video nearly stopped my heart. Its chill tho (don't ask me why i watched it)

I'd wager the first one was smaller if not the same size. There was no mystery. Maybe the other ones would work too if they had the same sized balloon but the whole video still showed the difference in skill or basically the difference of knowing the trick or not.

Bottom
Since they’re dentists they’d most likely go for the thicker part which is probably why it can take a while for them to administer the anesthesia when it’s needed. I’m not a medical expert it’s mainly an observation from my last time at the dentist.
This really ought to be a test or part of training for medical personnel working with syringes and needles.

Wtf does that have to do with anything?
@@ishaaqali6488 No idea lmao
for those or you wondering how it's done, you're supposed to insert the needle at the bottom of the balloon where the msot rubber is at
You just put the needle in the dark spot that is exactly opposite the part you blow into. That's where the rubber/latex is the thickest and therefore under the least tension. As long as the balloon isn't inflated right up to its limit, that particular spot can be punctured without the rubber around it tearing.
My dumbass would burst the balloon before the needle even touched it💀
You poke the hard bit on the bottom where the rubber is really thick... Thank you❤
Not thick, it’s less pressure
My hands are so steady- that I would have popped the balloon from 10 meters away
One of the docters did it when they said "Ok i will try"
It's good that the high end specialists in a medical field understand the premise of a kindergarten birthday trick.
yep lol.. lamfo. :D could just but bubble gum over it or tape it wouldnt burst neither lamfo.
"the most experience doctor shows how it is really done" 5 guy:am I invisible to you?
The experienced Dr was clever enough to put sellotape on the balloon first
The trick is to inject from either the tied part of the balloon or the opposite end. This is because the rubber is the thickest there and will not pop the balloon. It has nothing to do with steady hands, hence why the last guy was careful injecting but not once it was in
facts
nothing to do with steady hands a 3 year old can do it
Plot twist: the 5th guy who did it first, was actually putting the needle behind the balloon to make it seem like it’s goin through
At the end of the video he laughed to beat of the song 😂
For those that don't understand, its not how steady your hands are its about the area where you poke the balloon, since the top and bottom fo the balloon are thickest the balloon doesn't pop.

Is always fascinating to see an expert at their field actually flexing their work in the coolest way possible.

Is actually not related to their experience, or a steady hand is more about to the area of the balloon they use the needle the top of the balloon and knot has the least amount of pressure from the air inside 😅 every one can do that
I just know that last one is unironically fun at parties That is if he even gets the time for one lmao
“Nobody could pull it off till the last guy.” “But didn’t that other guy already do…?” “I SAID, nobody could pull it off till the last guy!!!”
balloon pops not because hands are not steady... but because of unequal air pressure inside the balloon. sides of the balloon are more stretched, meaning more pressure top/bottom has lesser pressure, so it wont pop when poking these areas
Rip the fifth guy for being ignored by this guy
I'm not in medical profession but I think the trick is top and bottom of the balloon has the least expanded part which is thick enough to grip the needle and not pop.
All the lady doctors ❤
Why only those adies? You are sexist
whats special about them?
Seeing Those injections gives me chills
Yes, it is either at the top tie end, of dead centre at the bottom. Piercing the side is just plain lunatic. At the top tie end, you can actually snip with scissors, and the balloon won't pop but slowly deflate
I thought the last guy would just jab it in and be like okay done
He poked the thickest part riddle solved
No he didn't poked the thickest part because the thickest part is at the bottom in the middle and he poked the bottom at the side
The one other guy got it
Lot of people don't know this but its not because they are bad that it exploid, it depends on where they inject it, if they do it on the sides it will very much exploid but if you do it on the bottom side where the rubber is thicker, you can smoothly inject there. U can try by blowing a baloon urself and look at the bottom, it's thicker and shade darker than the other parta
it’s actually all about where they puncture it; the guy who didn’t pop the balloon knew that it won’t pop if you puncture it directly across from the opening.
Um Someone else did it
For the simpletons not getting it, you poke it opposite side of the entry. it's under the least amount of tension and thus least likely to blow up
"but then... one other did it" 😂😂😂😂
This should be part of the final exam. For people like me who hate the dentist needle.
the reason why so many struggled is bc when they punctured the bloon they shook slightly causing air to rush out quickly forcing the hole to open wide thus poping the bloon
It's not about steady hands, it's about getting the needle in the balloon at the part where there is less pressure so on top or bottom, you can check in the video
When the last guy's laugh was in sync with the music
Bro only gave credit to the last guy and not the fifth💀
Next time I go to hospital, I'll bring a balloon to test the doctor...😅
Notice how the people who got it put the needle in the denser part on the top of the balloon while those who failed put the needle in the side of the balloon which is weaker to begin with with more surface tension
I wouldn’t want any of those dentists or dental assistants that popped the balloon near my mouth
Are we not gonna talk about how the last guys last laugh was perfectly lined up with the music
The only reason he was able to do it was because he poked the top of the ballon, where the rubber is thicker and stronger so it doesn’t pop, not because he has steady hands
It's always the guy who say I can try, I might be lucky, I don't think I can...
It is common knowledge that balloons have a point where rubber is not completely expanded (the opposite side of the mouth balloon) a needle inserted there won't pop the balloon
"Then the most experienced doc..." This Channel : Could you do it?
It’s all about where you stab. Going from the side for a majority of the balloons radius will guarantee that the rubber is at its thinnest possible state, causing it to tear open and pop immediately
You need to put it in "PAUSE"💀 Into the hard part "PAUSE"💀
He’s gonna act like the fifth guy didn’t even exist bro like he was right there, and did it perfectly, and I think even faster than the one that you were glazing
It's not about steady hand rather it is about accuracy.. You need to inject it at the bottom of the balloon where the membrane is thickest so it has the strongest independent structure..
It's easy to do it when he does it at the soft part of the balloon, the guy who did it to the side without popping it is the true expert.
The trick is to insert your thing, whether needle or toothpick, at the thickest area of rubber due to less tension and thus stretching in that area (said area is the top and bottom (where it is tied off) of the balloon) I'd be truly impressed if you manage to thrust the needle up to the hilt in the side of the balloon, where the rubber is thinest, drop off the payload and remove the needle without popping the baloon.
The fifth guy:light work no reaction
Easy .. I am not doc or nurse but I could do it all day long .. works two ways .. 1- don't inflate the baloon too much and you can do it . 2- Insert the needle on the centre of the baloon not on the sides .. centre as in, opposit to the point where we blow the baloon .
both guys that did it pushed needle to a place with lowest surface tension ;) clever
It’s a trick. You put the needle at the very top end of the balloon ( it’s North Pole) where there is excessive rubber
If you ever watched one of those science shows as a kid, you'd know the baloon can be poked at the top and bottom because it's stretched out in the middle while the rubber at the bottom and top is thicker.
Anyone else notices how careless some of these people are, waving the needle around
That's it! Next time I have an appointment, I'll walk in with a baloon in my hand.
It's not about skill. It's about the place on the balloon. You gotta poke at the very top or near the mouth where the rubber is dense
It's where they poke, not their skill. You have to do it at the top or bottom where the balloon is the least stretched. You can do it with a toothpick and some olive oil.
It’s not only steady hands, but the puncture point. As you saw with the last guy, he studied the ballon for a bit before finding a spot he was okay with. That spot was roughly the same spot guy 5 punctured as well.
5th guys was better than the last guy, last guy held the needle like a pen
5th guy : There you go..! Anything else..?? Dont come next time with easy activities to me..
When making balloons, they are dried upside down, which causes the latex to run to the bottom and be thickest there. thats why the 5 guy was able to puncture the ballon while everyone else did it from the side where the walls are much thinner
Those guys were standing while doing it, the last one was sitting on a chair and had his 2 elbows on the desk so he's cheating
ACtuaLlY if you poke the balloon near the top or directly in the bottom it doesn't pop because the rubber is still flexible in those areas.
I did this as a kid with a needle. You have to stick it in at the "top of the balloon", then it won't pop.
