Great video !!
that s an activity that i just LOVE to socialize feral kittens and to see how they change little by little . it gives me the hope that bad people can turn good .
Very true. Right on.
This is going to be bundles of excitement when they are out and about.😹😻😾😸
Yeah it'll be fun following them around. They still not used to the camera yet so they'll need a bit of time but its gonna be awesome.
That grey one with the hand: "Git .... gerp ... cmere ... gerp ... there ... NO ... augh"
you're a very kind person. Animals feel that. Great video
I appreciate that!
You have done a great job Chad as they love you now 😻😻😻😻
Yeah the crew has come a long way eh
I’m trapping feral’s, several are older; current one still in the kennel- like this one, is around a year old. I don’t have safe room available. Tip, I slid mop handles in & laid a board on top of them with a blanket; to allow more useable space for them.
All 4 of these cats are now very sweet, they follow me around the farm and are a big part of channel. I love them. 2 months in the cage then 2 months barn training and now they're living a free life on our farm doing a great job of keeping rodents in check. Gotta get them young to make it easier to make nice. Have a good one, Cheers.
@@HiddenSpringFarm You have been blessed❣️ Thank you & please, keep sharing & in doing so; educating folks. Cat’s enhance our lives & homes, not to mention; bringing -& reminding us what real love is. Poisons cause many diseases in us & kill us. Even worse, as respects wildlife...
They really seem to be coming around, great job!
Thanks Yeah they're doing great. Now I just have to keep them from escaping lol.
This reminds me of my childhood. it was my job to tame the ferrell cats. I didn't do it so gradually though Lido I would catch them and just hug on them all day by the end of the day or the next day they gave in and started cuddling with me. I would hang out at their food bowl a lot before I did that though. That is how I caught them.
You're good! I've been loving on these kittens for 2 months now. They're doing really good though although I don't think they'll ever be as attached to me like Stormy is.
Aw they’re super cute. Yep we have had to do this a time or two
Yeah they are cute and clawy lol...they're getting friendlier now
Great tips and I will definitely use them! I got a new kitten a couple of weeks ago and she was just a little under 4 months old she was initially found in the streets at 6 - 8 weeks of age and then in the shelter for 2 months, so she didn't get a lot of socialization at all. Well, she was pretty skittish her first few days here and she still is she is getting to trust me a bit more but she will sometimes nip at my hands. Any advice on getting her to not bite at my hands? I do keep her in a smaller kennel at night and a larger kennel like yours during the day and I'm now allowing her to come out and play in the mornings in my office room so I can teach her what she can and can't do (like not jump up on specific pieces of furniture, she will have certain chairs and a couple of ottomans as well as many marshmallow beds to curl up in, but I don't want her up in our glider rocker or lazy boy's nor do I want her up on the counters or table, especially when we're eating). Since she was a bit older than your kittens, do you think she's still able to be fully socialized? I sure hope so as I really like her already and want so much to give her the best home ever! My cat prior to her I had for 15 years and he was just under 3 months when I got him but he was socialized, so a lot of what I'm going through with Sienna, I didn't experience with Cello. Thanks for all of your advice! I hope the kitties are doing well and enjoying their barn life!
Surely she can still be socialized. Love and affection go a long way. It may take some time but keep at it. The smallest kitten in this video is Maggie May and it took her months for her to trust me. Now she climbs up on my chest and tries to take my hat off. She's come a long way and I'm so proud of her. She just gave birth to 4 kittens of her own last April and those guys are just as big as she is now. I'm still working on socializing those 4 kittens. 2 are ok but 2 they're even hard to get a hold of to try. Every cat is different though and adjust at their own speed so be patient, you're doing it right and are on a good path. Chad and the Claw Crew.
Can you talk about socializing older kittens? Like say one that’s about 8 months old?
There pretty. Two tiger, one black, and the grey one looks like Maltese
You might be right Evelyn the grey one has faint dark grey stripes too but very faint you can hardly see them.
Good to wear gloves. One of my boys had been scratched by a stray and got cat scratch fever
Oh my!
oh, Molly. Again! 🤣
yeah the kittens are still not sure if Molly is a friend or foe lol. Molly's fine though.

Would you ever get an older/adult feral cat?
Dude. More cats. Sounds like you adopted some problems.🐸🍺🔪🔥
Yeah bud I’m like Catman. Mice don’t stand a chance. 🐈⬛ 🐱 🐈
Dog "crate" Chad, Dog CRATE, not cage!
that's what I meant...crate. lol.
