Rough translation for English-speaking folks: *Qilin Tank* : Ability reworked. shield no longer reduce speed, the weapon is disabled instead. Tweaked the way it interacts with projectiles. Deflection angle depends on weapon caliber, railguns have a better time penetrating the shield, while nonmagnetic and super-heavy projectiles ignore the shield. *Cinu AA(Magbow)* : Can now switch to tank destroyer mode on water. *Xuanwu Submarine* : Fusion warhead is now free, and immediately usable upon production. *Bug fix* : Apoc and Union tank debris no longer remains on destroyed bridges. *Poseidon Cruiser* : Tweaked main battery targeting. *Zhurong Tank* : Slightly lowered lingering damage. *Apoc* : Now harpoons Zhurong over instead of pulling itself. Can no longer pull large warships. *Athena Cannon* : Beam now damages air units. *AI fix* : Lengthened the naval yard exit to avoid ships getting stuck. *Dynamic effect* for ability target selection.

So I had an idiot moment as I was so in awe at the units and work going in, I just realized the things that have yet to be revealed is the Celestial empire's commando, economic protocol and whatever secondary the collector can do. However my prediction is gonna be something like, teh commando is poor at combat but lordy can they infiltrate. For economic, maybe somethign like power plants produce more power or buildings consume less power and for teh collector, maybe deploys into a "drone crane."

@@Sanctuary-lx3xx Ok a flying commando will indeed be very unique though I am gonna feel bad with how much AA will go around but I am curious what else she will do. Now I question on the Empire's economic upgrade and their harvester alt ability.
@@Tucher97 The harvester is pretty much a crane. You get through two upgrade cycles through the tech building, then purchase the alt ability on the harvester.
@@Sanctuary-lx3xx Ah that is very interesting as I would have thought Russia to be a "better" faction in the base game, I am glad the crane is being spread around.. Sort of.
So in this update, Kirin: changed ability. move speed not reduced anymore but cannot attack. Also changed the weakness and resistance of certain attacks but I don't get which is which? Also it can block attacks that targets other friendly units. Magbow: can use ability in water. Wupeng submarine: can use ability immediately after built. Previously not? Wave Force Artillery: fixed bug. Poseidon Cruise: Main cannons don't target light or close enemies? Zhu Rong: what is the difference? Apocalypse Tank: ability magnetic harpoon. When used on T3 enemy, both units get pulled. T4 only Apocalypse Tank get pulled but can't grind enemy vessels because of water. Athena Cannon: can damage air units if it targets the ground beneath them. AI: fixed the naval yard placement that could inhibit the production of vessels. Target reticle: visual update. Anything wrong here? And some of them I do not understand. Please help me.

Can anyone help me? Im having a problem with the steam version. I own both Origin and steam but only use steam version. So heres my problem I freshly reinstalled red alert 3 after a long while. I cannot start a skirmish battle at all the map selection is blank and i cant open any tabs to select a faction. When i press begin nothing happens. I was also trying to install Generals evolution. But i know to run the game before actually modding it first. I did all of it correctly and still problem persist. I even Uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice.
please update for english, dont worry about voice we just kept it original.. but user interface for English are needed for us

I don’t think that will happen. From what I heard from the devs, they plan to localize the voices of each faction to their respective nations.

@@odysseusinspace9704 Unfortunately, Not at the moment. All I know is that they plan on getting rid of all the original voice lines for localized languages. Though there might be a chance if enough demand gets through.
