One reason if the property could have been on Facebook in October was the owner was trying to sell it, and since he couldn't sell it. It was foreclosed on in december
People will do anything to destroy someone else if they can. Unbelievable. Thanks Jason for sharing. I said it on Coffee with the Crocker's. The front fence looks amazing guys. Hopefully you can concentrate on getting the place like you want. Be strong.

Realtors are mainly worried about that commission That’s why you should always have inspections.

Another thing. I seem to remember Jason would make remarks about potential problems and attempts to work through them, which were processes in progress. Let’s just realize, Jason and Danielle are the victims here and it is pretty clear there are unscrupulous corporate interests taking advantage of the common man. Cannot be too careful. I hope J&D have learned a valuable and expensive lesson. I just hope they can recoup some of their money someway.

Is there no title search and public sales history in that state? A scam like this wouldn't get past first contact with a lawyer here.
I was afraid about it was the new property. Thank you for stopping and making this scam aware for others! Especially if next owner is a cigarette smoker. I would let EPA and BBB (better business bureau) before they sell
Also was screwed by the realtor as well. Lied about inspections. Ive redone 3 rooms floors because of rott. I fell through it. 😂 tons more issues. Glad ur putting this video out there.

This is crazy. I saw pictures of SDR on an add on Facebook. Fake address and say has electricgor $349,000. The should be ashamed. Breakfast is also in one of the pictures of the land😢

I said a while back they were running a scam. If all that stuff still belongs to the oil company, then likely that property still belongs to the oil company. That said, I wonder if the oil company knows theres a scammer out there selling their property in this way, scamming folks out of money like that. And I wonder if those in the state capitol over such things are aware of it, if not, maybe they should be made aware of it. Just my thoughts.

There's one other thing that's going on out on the internet, Facebook, Instagram & others getting these fake accounts wanting you to follow them then people say report the fakes why I been doing that shit for 5yrs now & getting repeat accounts now these companies don't do crap because the money they make off ads. When we purchased our current home. The home was still listed in zillow for 3yrs. Lol then they finally put it sold on the add. Which is insane how people can create fake ads. Scammers suck
Yes Jason I watched all of that then… it’s one of those things a buyer has to check and recheck, by going to the courthouse to get specs info. You saw the oil pumps so should have checked more. Some of ur fans texted that to you.. but you had already purchased the prop.. and that relator should have known n advised you. Then suddenly you n Danielle were building, got Jason out there too. Well, lessons learned! Now you are being more cautious, to make sure all your dominoes are in a row. Guess you could sue… Yes, Jason,so sorry but evidently you weren’t reading your texts from fans. So drop it…you get weren’t aware of what all is involved in purchasing land to build on. I’m waiting to see what laws will affect this new prop… Hoping you covered the bases.

If i was buying a lot... first thing id check is where the electric pole is and where do i need to run it to and what that will cost. You guys had buildings and camper all over the place scattered way too far apart. I see you finally learned it is less expensive to have structure closer to road or utility pole. I think there is always two sides of a story. You didn't address the fact you mention you sold shootdang ranch back. In actuality you stopped paying the scammers/owner financed. Just say it if you are coming clean and telling what really happened. If everything was a true scam a person can sue to get your thousands back. Something is fishy on this whole scam story. Always get everything in writing....and emails....record phone calls...etc.

I don't pay attention to other channels that hate on people I won't subscribe to them and I don't read a lot of comments but when I do and I comment back to that person who is hating I tend to get pissy with them like I told you over and over you 2 just do you and don't care about what others say live your life and not what people expect you to live

It's even sadder that "reputable professionals", such as contractors, real estate agents, and bankers are usually in the same setup. There are scammers everywhere We have some idiot saying he is over sheriff dept in our area calling people to asking them to donate for some scam thing for kids and it’s all a hoax This world we are in is a different world

I've only been following for a couple of months now, so not familiar with the goings on with the haters. I'm going to have to watch this about six more times to make sense of it. Amen on not trusting Realtors. A realtor sold a house i once lived in for the owners and they never listed how it needed all new wiring and heating/duct work, toilet vents new roof or the fact that the place flooded 3-5 times a year. I posted the sale on my social media and added the issues the Realtor didn't so at least it got out to some folks that didn't need the headaches but unfortunately, someone else bought the headaches. Hopefully they have the funds to renovate it and fix all the issues. It was definitely an eye opening situation about how things are hidden from buyers. Glad you put this video out Jason and I hope you and Danielle put that mess behind you soon as possible. My best to y'all always ❤
I am so happy you stood up to the haters and proved them wrong! No doubt the last 2 years were challenging and painful. Keep your chin up. We love your channel and appreciate all the advice and ideas you share.
Couple other underhanded tactics done by land "flippers". 1. On Raw land they will use a generic address to keep the MLS from showing a sales history. 2. They will buy 10 acres for $20k, then split the property into 2 - 5 acre parcels and carry the recorded $20k price onto each property. Then tell you they paid $20k for the 5 acres they are selling, when in fact it was only $10k. Very common. 3. They will not disclose flood zones to buyers,.even when they know the property sits in an undevelopable flood zone. Very common in Arizona.

It may NOT even be Zillow's ad. I keep getting emails, from what appears to be legitimate companies, telling me my account is going to close and they want updates on my info. One was supposedly from Netflix and then PayPal, Norton's and other well known companies....lol. These are scammers looking to get info so they can get monies out of us.

My Dad always said that Realtors rate in their honesty right up there with attorneys. My Dad had a real estate license as well as being a General Contractor.

Greetings from Northeast Ohio. They are certainly lying about the power. You said you sold shoot dang ranch. I could be wrong, but I thought a neighbor bought it. If you sold it why is it listed on Zillow by a realtor? I know you said the neighbor bought the tiny house and shed to use for hunting lodging.

Great video !!! Yes, definitely do your homework on buying a property. Sorry to hear that you got scammed with the power lines on shoot dang ranch. Also check mineral rights, just because you own it, doesn't mean a company can't come in and do logging, or mining, or pumping out oil in the future. Because there isn't anything you can do about it... haven't watched your videos in a while, but again great informational video...

Yes, one thing I realized about getting power to a property is that it is VERY expensive. You are talking tree clearing, and sometimes excavation, if the lines are in the ground. The power company 'may' run poles to the EDGE of your property, but even then, YOU are responsible for all tree clearing in the easement. Once over the barrel, excavators will often charge premium for such work. And, we havn't even got to how much it will cost to get the power all the way to your structures. Off grid is another option. But, with that comes limitations. Power lines often now carry fiber optic, so the desire to have power run, and use off grid only as backup, is always there. I get the struggle and people shouldn't judge until they are in the situation. You are running a full blown ranch and youtube channel. You need good power and good internet.
When I bought my property here in Tennessee, I contacted the rural electric company and was given conflicting information. One said it would cost thousand$ and another said hundred$. One person came out & said I had to cut 3 trees and in reality I had to cut 15 trees along my road. In reality I spent about $1600 in total to get a line to my new build. Also the power company wouldn’t let me put the size meter box my electrician suggested, so I had to downgrade it. There are all types of rules & regulations involved and the county I live in is one of the most liberally regulated ones in my state. I cut the trees and dug & buried the lines myself. In the end don’t rely on everything you’re told by the person on the phone or even the guy that comes out to inspect your property. I would suggest you budget twice what they tell you it will cost & and then you won’t be unpleasantly surprised when you get the bill.

I've seen a few comments about "why is the roof missing now, huh"? Why would them taking ANYTHING they put on the property be an issue? Its theirs, they put it there with their money and can take whatever they want 🤷♀️ I would have taken fences and all with, why not? The barn roof seems to be such a scandalous thing... omg, what about the tiny house disappearing AND THE SHED TO HOUSE 😱 🙄 They could have taken anything they wanted to.
@@amymorris5832not getting into what Jason may have done or not. But there are laws and one of them is that on a lease or rental property you can't remove anything permanent. Examples plumbing ,wells, fencing, permanent buildings or any part of that structure , windows,etc. The shed to house and tiny house were movable not permanent. Fencing, barn, all were permanent .
