Tuchel is definitely an upgrade from 10 hag but he's a better UCL manager than he is a league manager
Tuchel is definitely not an upgrade, he should've strolled to the title with Bayern and managed to balls that up. Was very lucky to win the UCL and looked out of his depth at Chelsea the next season.

Thing is, United needs to bring in a manager that's not afraid to prove a point and not afraid to stumble occationally. Like Ange when he pushed the players to prove what they're capable of at the start of the season. Kill or be killed mentality, but at least you'll win your supporters back. Tuchel might be that man. But sure, as long as there is Player power at United, no manager can turn it around.
See a lot of you saying Eric Ten Hag out he does say some silly things in match interviews blame game don't take responsibility but I tell you the issue is the noise behind the team. The manager picks the team yes but it's a lot deeper then the man in charge if that wasn't the case the situation would be easy to sort out but it hasn't been as it's deeper issues off the pitch. It has been the same since Alex Ferguson left he knew it as well that's why he left. If Eric Ten Hag goes to any other team he will have success we need to keep him give it time can't keep sacking mangers. Eric goes it's just another one bites the dust and same things happen again. At present we're only at least a couple of years behind the top 3 but we should be only 1 year or equal by now but due to EtH over spending & not bringing in the necessary players to give us the depth to deal with a 65 game season. This is what Ronaldo wanted the club to have a chance to succeed but EtH is the reason why we've lost so many games at the half way point cos he was hanging his players out to dry & he's at fault for 6 out of the 12 losses due to poor summer transfers where we want 6 players & only got 3, poor decisions making, poor preparations, poor assessment, poor team selection, poor squad usages & poor In-game management so his Job is definitely under review due to his underperformance as Manager of our Club. Conclusion We recruit EtH to come to our Club as an Approved Coach cos he definitely isn't a Manager in our books so he deserves the Sack so It's best for EtH & his team to pack their bags & go back to Ajax to reinvent himself & bring back Ole & his new management team (Ole & his 3 wise men)! Keep it in the family!

I am not from UK and I am wondering how Southgate has managed to fool everybody in his own country. Dude was relegated, managed to do fine with U21s and luckily got the England job basically when there was a crisis and change was supposed to be temporary. Then, with best or maybe second best talent available to him in the past 7-8 years among ALL national teams across the globe (France may have been at par) he only got to 1 final in Euros where they bottled it against a mediocre (name wise) team with a LEGIT coach. 0 track record in club football, nothing to write home about in his 8 years as England coach. I think the solution to this man utd mess is to fire Ten Hag NOW!!! because he has lost the dressing room, rarely uses youth, a rigid coach who uses the same sytem every time despite failure & doesn't like squad rotation, then on temporary basis bring a good vibes coach to pamper these prima donnas they might finish top 6 then in summer bring a no nonsense coach like De Zerbi & carry out a PROPER CLEAR OUT. One good thing with De Zerbi is he can do wonders with youth and average players....united won't require superstar signings he will work with talents like Openda, Jonathan Davids, Ivan Toney, Vlahovic, Brahim Diaz, Dyabala 12million release clause ,Sergej Milenkovic, Ousmane Diomande, amadou onana; amadou haidara from Leipzig who happens to be a man utd fan, Johan bakayoko, zubimendi, Latin America talent, replace Rashford with mitoma, Neco Williams or Leao etc

Didn't work because the club wasn't backing managers, they gave power to players. ETH is the first manager who receives full backing, transfer decisions , even the CR7 saga. The rinse & repeat method cannot be the excuse to keep foul mouth ETH. ETH is the luckiest manager post SAF.
