Hi, do we have to use saliva and nasal swab together? or can we use saliva separately?

Hi, this is combined C-19 tests. You can use either mouth swab or nasal swab. Mouth swab 1. Ideally, take a sample of sputum/oral secretions (saliva). 2. Take a deep breath and cough up the sputum of a deep cough into a paper cup or sputum container and refill with saliva or saliva only. 3. Using a swab swab, swab the nostrils (collect from the front of the nose) or swab the tongue, palate 4. Then use the swab to lightly mix all the material collected in the paper cup and mix, 5. Open the cover on the extraction tube and insert the brush with the biological material (if you do not swab with the brush, transfer from the cup to the tube using the pipette provided). 6. Grasp the swab in the tube with your fingers and pull and roll the swab three times and slowly pull the swab out. 7. Close the sample extraction tube with the attached cap. 8. Remove the test card from the aluminium foil sleeve and place it on the table. Add 3 drops of sample solution into the sample filling hole. 9. Read the result in 15 to 30 minutes. The result is considered inaccurate and invalid after 30 minutes. Nose swabs: To take a nasal swab sample, carefully insert a sterile swab stick into the nostril that visually contains the most secretion and gently insert 1-2 cm deep into the nostril, wiping the mucosal surface with a twisting motion. Rotate the wand against the nasal wall several times and then remove it from the nostril. For most evidence of the presence of the virus, take a sample from the nasopharynx. RESULT OF INTERPRETATION Positive (+): in 15 minutes both the T and C lines are visible. Negative (-): 15 minutes after dripping the sample, the C line is visible but not the T line. Invalid: If the C does not appear, the test result is invalid and the sample must be retested with a different test card.

Koupil jsem 3, ani jeden nevyšel buď pozitivně nebo negativně. 3 kila v piči, měl jsem to hodit do automatů nebo se ožrat. Raději kupte ty na výtěry z nosu, jsou spolehlivější
