    • Growing up in the late 1950s and 1960s, l learned how to do a lot of things from books. But I've got to say KZhead makes it much easier to learn how ro do things. My first and one of my best experiences was learning how to change the rear tire and tube on a 21speed derailleur equipped bicycle. Before I would always leave that to a bike shop. But this time, it was a Saturday night and i was one of thousands of crazy bicyclists that were riding in the Moonlight Ramble in St Louis. Easy Peasy. It's always best to watch several videos for instructions outside of a manufacturer's video as some people don't always keep safety in mind. The other problem can be that in the YT video the person may be working on a pristine or new piece of equipment and yours has been "well-used" and years older. Think of working on a power mower. YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary) 😉 or the time and effort.

It was so unbelievable painful and I couldn’t stop coughing for ten minutes afterwards. My chest hurt so bad and my eyes were literally crying. And they told me afterward they didn’t think it was covid anyways it was just a thing they did for precaution but I had already had covid before this so the likelihood of it being covid was high and I didn’t have any of the symptoms I had before with covid just sinus issues. So I was a bit upset after that experience and now I’m scared of the tests. The first test I did was when I didn’t have inflamed sinuses and it was uncomfortable but fine but after the second time with sinus infection I was absolutely horrified.

  • I agree with comment below, I am a visual learner and this was very easy to follow. Plus, a bit entertaining while waiting for somewhat, "stressful" results!
