Moskvin and Kenji have teamed up for a 2 vs 1, and they have two bases each. Luckily we've got access to all 3 factions worth of tech to defeat them.
This challenge marks the last time we will see Kenji as well. I'm honestly surprised he's the first one who gives up and quits.
