    • It's rigged for TV in my opinion - I mean come on, between her first and second performance it's day and night, amazing coincidence she is asked to sing a second song, and immediately has one and gives a stellar performance, I have seen this pattern all the time on these shows, they get second chances and nail it, there's lots about this show that people do not know - these contestants get pre-selected and audition before producers first, people good AND bad are chosen, for TV and ratings, so yeah it's stunning how her first performance was not all that good BUT her second one was amazing - I do not think those are coincidences. Some people on these shows clearly win the sympathy votes and don't have much talent. But Putri, now THAT is talent, and I'm sure during the initial auditions with producers she was probably told to go with her first song choice first and to choose a second song.

    • Guess what… watched and listened to this again multiple times soon as I get home from work… paused to make dinner and cleaned up.. resumed soon after night shower until I fell asleep at almost midnight.., very soothing voice..I’m still at awe… thankful!!! She has been visiting the Julliard School of Music in New York recently. I hope she gets in, but a school closer to her home & family would be a better idea.

  • It's a horrible title... she got the Golden Buzzer because she was a superstar & exceptionally talented; not because she was blind or having a sop story! Just try to find another 17 yo that can sing like her while playing the piano, write her own songs, all that on a foreign language, and brave enough to do it on AGT with it on top of that. She is an inspiration for all humankind let alone those born with disabilities...

    • The title helped me find her. I saw a clip of her without her name, and no other way to find her. By typing in the word blind singer, it narrowed it down to the point where she could be found. She got the golden buzzer because of her talent not because she’s blind, but there’s no reason for you to be upset that people recognize that she is blind, or that they put blind in the title. Get over yourself.

    • I disagree with the later part of your comment. I think getting away from home and expanding your horizon is much more healthier for anyone. Experiences makes a person grow and learn. And if she want's a career she has to get out of her comfort zone and accept what comes with fame.
