Realistic simulation of what you would see (surface + atmosphere) if you'd fall into the planet Venus. This was made using the software Space Engine with a lot of editing and other stuff.

  • My headcanon for these videos: Yu Jumt was on a spacestation that was attacked by eldritch alien horrors and during his escape he accidentally put on a suit he thought would protect him from the Black hole's effects. But now he's in another universe and after discovering the suit is perma-sealed he just wants to die to be free of it. So he hurled himself into supposedly deadly planets only to discover his suit is indestructible. Now he jumps into planets, stars, event horizons, and all manner of space dooms, hoping to one day meet his suit's match.

    • Those planets don't have solid surfaces. The atmosphere blends straight into the mantle of the planet. Venus has a solid surface, as do Mercury, Earth, and Mars.

  • Very interesting simulation, quite accurate about a lot the physical aspects that we know about Venus. Would be also interesting to see some simulations like hicean planets, brown dwarfs, neutron stars, and so on. Anyway, nice work.
