  • Shield ops are the definition of chaos. Random hip fire headshots, bullets going through the shield, meleeing someone from 30 meters away or the melee just not working even though there is blood splatter and sounds of it connecting "Screaming and clang noise". I will not miss them but I will mourn the.

    • Burnt Horizon was a high point for sure, but I'm still salty Ubi removed ranked hostage & secure. Really helped break up the monotony of bomb everywhere

    • @@zulu6ix290 Okay so I looked it up and if I understand this correctly they will test a shield rework sometime this season. The shield melee will no longer injure people, and will instead knock them down (kinda like Oryx/Nomad but not as strong of a knock back I guess). You will no longer be able to shoot your weapon from the hip, but you now reload behind the shield (and not awkwardly take it to the side while trying to cram a mag into your little pistol). You can turn your head with the shield still facing forward. Also, the shield might be added as an additional primary for some operators.
