Thank you for showcasing my mod (Spelunkers Charm). Really means a lot as you’re one of my favorite KZheadrs! 😊
Oooo we're moving our whole server up to 1.19 just so we can use your mod among a couple others! Love love love it, thanks for making it!
Yooooo that was you that’s fucking awesome absofuckinglutely lovely mod ya did a great job I was sooooo fucking sad when I almost lost yours for a bit and forgot what the name was but yeah genuinely one of the best mods with least number changes and features like only a handful of features but does them all so fucking well X3
@@sugarrookie52 I’m glad you enjoy it 🧡
@@tisKikoKitten haha this made me laugh thank you so much my friend 🙌🏽
i really love youre siege mod. I think he also reviewed it.
The Cave Dweller will give you that fear you had back when you thought herobrine was real 💀
Well yeah that was the idea when making it lol
Cave dweller is overrated and if you fought it enough its not as scary as youd think
if only most of the dweller mods weren’t copy pasted
Meh... Not really, I just get pissed if it kills me and choose to make a TNT trap so I can blow it up.
real
You should make a seried called "Minecraft mods that work awfully together" Which is just mods that bug out in funny ways when combined Or make the game REALLY HARD
Wither storm + enhanced ai and zombie awareness makes the tentacles in the final fight have absurd range and it’s literally impossible to hit the command block
On 1.12, if you use Tinkers Construct Slime Sling + Slime Boots while having the Squake mod active, you will accelerate extremely fast when you bhop. And if you trimp (shift jump) when you speed gets fast enough, you'll go really high, and as you slowly turn to build speed again you'll start to fly so fast that chunks stop rendering.
If you combine some kind of classic combat mod with better combat your attack speed skyrockets
Add MK Ultra too lol @planti61
@@OneN4me never heard of that mod, what does it do?
7:43 Personally, instead of Cave Dweller, I like the Cave Endermen added by the Enderman Overhaul mod. They're naturally aggro rather than only becoming hostile when you look at them, giving them a similar vibe to Cave Dwellers while also not looking out of place from the base game since their model just feels more vanilla-like.
Hard agree, love that one
0:03 "Dude... you dropped your soap... pick it up."
jacksucksatelsagate is now
ayo
Here’s a fun one: create, clockwork, valkyrien skies, eurika, better end, create big cannons, and create new age. I use that combo to make “spaceships” like no man’s sky or astroneer in the end
Damn, I'd suggest posting the schematics on a platform if you make some you are really proud of and want to share
@@HistiSubs i'd be happy to give you the forge modloader profile I have for it if you'd like, it's pretty fun to make big ships with power grids, etc.
oh sheit you shouldn't have mentionned astroneer i'm going to lose a week of my life again!
@@chaomatic5328 rip my guy
I like the original cave dweller but it wasn't scary once you killed it. I hate the new dwellers cause they don't look Minecrafty enough. But even for them, once you manage to kill them you don't fear them anymore
Was there an update to the cave dweller? I remember when the dev first uploaded that video talking about it and it was really cool
Nah you can say that about anything. If you watch a scary movie once it may be less scary second time around but that doesn't mean it isn't scary at all. Yeah the mobs could be more in line with the style but their usual appearance and sounds make them unique. I mean you can only pack in so many pixels on the standard minecraft model. Some of them are definitely not fun to fight if they have HP bloat or are just tanks that one kill the player in one hit. But some can be downright creepy.
I wonder if it would be much scarier if it was unkillable, and could "track" you if you got too close. Like say, if you are in a certain vicinity, it would smell you, slowly navigate the caves to get you, or maybe even dig it's way to you, and if you escape somehow, it once again starts "tracking" you until you get too far away from it. I think this could probably be either too complex or too un-fleshed out, but the cave dweller as a whole is a great concept
The fear factor was immediately removed for me because there wasn't even any build-up. Booted up a new game with the mod installed, made a house, started making a mineshaft, strip-mining to find a proper cave. Skinny lad just comes in through 1-block wide hole I *just* broke. No prior sounds. Just *BOOP* here I am! (screaming intensifies). I didn't even get the chance to be spooked, I was just going "wait, huh?" and then I died LOL
@@ImmortalNaitsirhc Yeah... the cave dweller spawns whenever a cave noise plays (from what I remember), which is RNG, and unfortunately, RNG isn't always the best when it comes to creating atmosphere. It can sometimes lead to really cool situations and great build-up, but other times it leads to what you described.
Yay! That's my mod right there (3:20) Sitting+ Absolutely loved to know that you've checked it.
Yoooo!, that's an awesome mod you've made my friend, it's the most perfect combination in the vid and it wasn't mentioned, I was looking through the comment section to find the mod, and I found the creator!
@@legendaryblob8227 Hey man! Thanks a lot for playing with my mod! I love the feedback you guys give me.
He did you dirty bro. Glad you commented so I could add it to my world
0:40 There is a mod from the same creator as Nvidium called voxy that does the same thing as distant horizon but with a much more stable framerate (it's still buggy but the feature works fine)
It's a bit sad that one person (Cortex 👑) can do all this -> Nvidium (Ultra High Renderdistance with almost no performance loss), Voxy (Better performing Distance Horizons alternative with little shader support right from the start) Vulkanite (Hardware RT or as uninformed ppl call it "RTX" in Java)... but the multibillion company Microsoft does not
@@Satwr true
@@Satwrkey word: hardware. They want the game to be as accessible as possible, and not everyone has a high end cpu/gpu, or currently for nvidium, a nvidia 16xx+ specifically
@@spinz5937 and what does that have to do with the fact that they could implement things that only newer hardware can use? Every other game does it... Settings for AMD, Settings for Nvidia, Settings for Intel, Settings for old hardware, Settings for New Hardware a.s.o
@@spinz5937 Dude, hardware detection is a thing. They can literally just code it to detect what you're using and then use the correct optimization set, other games already do this.
Thanks for using my mod (Better Cave Dweller). It really means a lot to me to see people using it and making video's with/about it! :)
Rethinking voxels gives it such atmosphere Also love that more dark/vertical interpretation of new end biomes very cool
I don't know why but AsianHalfSquat acknowledging the dwellerverse feels like an event for some reason. It's like watching an isolated fragment of the Minecraft modding community separated at birth finally meet its older brother.
You should really make a video or at-least try a modpack called The Everlasting Fog on Curseforge, it has really good thriller synergy and I think it's a perfect example of a modpack that combines things that work perfectly together, way better than Fear Nightfall or any other horror/thrilling modpack of the same sort. I honestly think it's one of the better modpacks on Curseforge entirely.
Another great bunch of mods, Alex's Caves being my favorite. Not only do we share names, but I genuinely love how good it is. If you could kindly do the "I wanna skate" and "Parcool" combo next for a possible modern city environment in your next video about mod combos, that would be great. Keep doing your awesome work
Remember : If the game is lagging on this guy's PC, your 10 year old PC *definitely* wouldn't handle this.
Actually it's 15 years old 🤓
asianhalfsquat always makes my mod folder filled up

Thee videos have taken such a cool step up I feel, the music to this video was also sick btw, love these vids
love the more frequent uploads, keep up the great content ^^
These mods are really amazing keep up the good work!
3:30 "He's right behind me, isnt he?" ahh turn
Dude, that outro looked wicked!!! Well done!
7:23 JEEEEZ YOU WERE RIGHT ABOUT THE MOTION SICKNESS LMAO these are all really cool tho! :D
lol it's cool to see you showcase c2me, bobby and nvidium combo, i discovered it a few months ago to play on Wynncraft and have the entire map loaded at once. it's important to note that enabling shaders disables nvidium though
You can directly increase the max render distance using c2me through its config file.
No
@@max3eey you can

Great video! The cave dweller mod is either scary or downright hilarious XD

Love these combos. I found another mod from modrinth where instead of using a resource pack for player animations there is a seperate mod for it and best part is that it works along with better combat. So it does make for a really good rpg sort of feel to the player
I have been watching this guys videos for years now. He was the same when I first started watching him and he remains the same now. I don't play Minecraft much these days, but I love these videos. THANK YOU!!!
Your always the best way to find new mods from your channel.
Imagine the realistic first person combat one in virtual reality. Great way to make yourself really motion sick super quickly.
man youre the best modded youtuber i have seen
The textures+ resource packs are cool. They add variants to animals, and a bunch of cosmetic renames/reskins of elytras, carved pumpkins and items
your dedication to bringing quality content is truly inspiring!
wow! this video really impressed me. I was a bit underwhelmed by the recent "top ten minecraft mods (1.20) - 2024", and in my opinion this video more than makes up for it. thanks for minecraft modding content :)
love that outro
could you make a video on the Sky Lands mod, it came out a few days ago and i think it's really cool
What I was gonna say, hope he covers it soon
0:12 Bro thought we won't notice that he's taking bath with muscle men 😏
One more combination I suggest is: Tectonic Terralith Continents William Wythers (Yes these do work together)
they work but wwoo and tectonic+terralith cause issues with generation when using terrablender you cant actually use wwoo with any other mods that rely on terrablender as wwoo will screw up biome generation alot.
for the Primal Snow a mod you could have added was Snow Real Magic, which makes it so snow infinitely stacks (change it in config) and overall makes snow, snow
oh God that moment the cave dweller came out of the shadows and jumped you, it actually made me jump a little lol
The intro made my jaw drop LMAO
Yes! A horror modpack that even got the attention of this channel!!👌
Wow you finally posted about the cave dwe-*distant scream*
Yahaha IM SO GLAD UR BACK
The Timeless and Classics and YesSteve model underrated fr fr
I would love to see you talking about Nature's spirit mod, it's awesome and you def should make a video about it
bro the last one is actually terrifying😱😱
nah that sleep overhaul gonna get terrifying with other horror mods LOL
Awesome mod showcase!, though i wonder if you can make a mod combination video thats fun for the players, but allows them to play on low to mid end pcs. Would be quite interested to see your take!
Another combination you should try is create mod + valrynth skies + clock work its really really cool
AsianHalfSquat always makes my mods fill up :)
hey man, since you're planning to be more active, i thought maybe the discord could be revived too ? it was pretty nice in there good day, keep on the videos, its always a pleasure to watch :)
Idea for a video, get as many mods to work perfectly together as possible, can be any topic, just as long as they all add something to all the other mods.
The last one is down right terrifying
Cave Dweller is only scary the first one or two times you find it. After that, it's just another monster -- a monster with specific behaviors you learn and figure out how to exploit.
You need to try the end mod combination with Super Duper Vanilla Shaders and the Do a Barrel Roll mod.
DUDE I JUMPED WHEN HE USED CAVE DULLER WITH THE SOUNDS PHYSICS AND SHADERS ENABLED
Primal winter is actually really good for a modpack im planning. Snowpiercer
I would love to see you check out the Regions Unexplored mod, it's really cool!
The last one is freaking terrifying.
What's funny is not too long ago I was LITERALLY looking for end mod combinations and the conclusion i came to was better end and nullscape lol
2:45 There is actually a mod called “sleeptight” which still speeds up time when you sleep, and increases tick rate, etc. theres a few other added features aswell which are quite cool, and it adds sleeping bags and hammocks which are fully compatible (you can skip day) It doesnt do the animation when you sleep but everything else works.
A great addition to the render distance mods is the "Hold that chunk" mod as it prevents the game from randomly unloading chunks. I also find it's best to leave the render distance at 32 anything more than that causes frame time spikes when the ram gets cleared and that's with an RTX 4090, 32GB's of DDR5 RAM and i9 12900kF. More than 32 render distance isn't really needed as the "Bobby" mod keeps the chunks loaded from the current session past the 32 chunks without any stuttering issues.
I'm honestly surprised AHS hasn't covered the bracken pack yet. It's been slept on so bad.
You all NEED to try small ships mod with Physics mod ocean physics enabled. Its amazing
you should make a video about inventory mods, that's the biggest flaw on the base game imo
YOU ARE FINALLY REGULARLY UPLOADING
love your videos
This video was great but i gotta give credit to how authentically pleasing the outro was
you should add the dark dweller next time its pretty cool
i personaly like the "epic fights" + plus "parcool" combo if you dond use third person for runing
For the creeper one you should've added that creeper overhaul mod.
Really good video, but how do you have the replay mod on forge
You know, you could even add the Enhanced Visuals mod to the Realistic Combat one to make it even better!
ayy bro i wanna see u start hardcore sires
THIS IS GASS WITHOUT THE G 🗣️‼️🔥🔥
We need some kind of industrial age mod pack
Your the best Im warching you in a tent in alaska rn

A good alternative to Real Camera is First-person Model, you can see the player model but the camera itself is unchanged.
2024 keeping Minecraft _alive and well._
great video😁
The Cave Dweller gives SCP 096 "shy guy" vibes
This is cool
Thanks for the majestic mods combinations but i have a question which would be nice if you answer me the question is which components do your pc have you can just write the gpu and CPU and maybe the ram hoe much you have thanks
8:22 That chase music and audio is from SOMA, and it works WAY too well here.
Forget the mods I NEED THAT IRON GOLEM TEXTURE PACK!
Btw I’d like to see more animation mods like train guys animation overhaul and better combat
Can you please do the best vanilla friendly mods/resources packs
1:53 What terrain generation mods do you have? because they look great
Hey man, do you have any recommendations for cozy mods?
Reterraforged recently dropped on their discord server it’s spectacular with distant horizons
please do a vid on some modpacks
i think that its the time of the year when you turn minecraft into a Zombie Apocalypse
¡beautiful!!
are you using fabric or forge for this? because for some reason whenever i use the last optifine version for rethinking voxels the light doesnt work, but when i use any fabric version with iris then it never has any sharp shadows and i get really low fps, if you have any fixes for these then that would be amazing
I use Nullscape with Better End, and then Better Nether with the Nether variation of Nullscape a lot. I forgot what it was. Sometimes they don't work though.
let's go he's back with a lot o f videos
8:24 even tho i knew its there, i still got jumpscared.
