In Cali....My parents didnt speak Spanish in the home....Learned Cholo Spanish in the Streets...But not correct Spanish.....Its a work in progress to this day.....Its not so easy....But as long as you keep trying.... @@youngnutsack17 yeah i want to see him succeed i definitely think he has the talent to be the best welterweight, but he has a lot to learn with his shot placement, finding his range, and being patient to control the fight, not everyone is going to allow him to fight his fight, especially if he gets in with a bigger puncher than him. That being said I'm glad to know he wasn't at 100% last night due to covid, answers a lot of questions.
He is humble and honest too. I hope he stays that way, a future super star for sure.

There's a lot of Mexicans like that in San Antonio too, thick accents but only know english lol. It's usually the ones who grew up in the barrio but are like 3rd or 4th generation so they never learn spanish at home.

There's no reason to fight the very best at 22, which is about what Canelo did, I think. It was a mistake, other than the money being great. In two years, Vergil will be much stronger, much faster, and much better defensively.
Crawford clearly says he will stop Ortiz. I agree 100%. He’s not ready like Canelo wasn’t ready for Floyd. He needs a few more fights and a couple more years under his belt before he should realistically step up to Crawford or Spence.
