I always interpreted Jager as having autism, but still expressing emotion and connection to others in just a very unique way.
As someone on the Spectrum, I can say I see a lot of myself in his backstory. Like Jager, I find myself struggling with self-control when it comes to my attachment to my friends, family, and co-workers. His expression of emotions isn't too far from Asperger's, as that's what I was diagnosed with. He's smart, has hyper fixations on unique topics, and struggles with communication with his team as he sees them all as family compared to their professional relationship.

To answer the question about bandits relationship with his team, just watch Brooklyn 99 and observe Adrian Pimento, he is literally bandit and his backstory aligns very similarly. Bandit spent years undercover as a biker and probably has a difficult time socializing normally because of emotional trauma he might have endured during the operation

Note on Castle: Castle is most likely the most loved rainbow operator in cannon, gaining the nickname “Papa Bear” and “The Diplomat” For being incredibly kind, easy going and supportive. In his bio it is also stated that Ash feels ‘most comfortable’ with him. He cares so much about other rainbow operators he exploded after a training exercise that didn’t go to plan. It is stated he puts the needs of all rainbow operatives before his own.
You forgot one detail with smoke; him and lesion love placing bets on missions. Lesion has a line going “me and porter have a bet going; want in on the action?” Showing they do this often.

When i was watching this i got sad Jäger didn't show up and was about to run to the comments and ask WHY 😭😭 Jäger is my favorite r6 character for so many reasons. Sadly he's slept on in the lore and there isnt much lore material of him. In r6 extraction it's actually confirmed he does have autism and falls "high functioning" on the functionality scale (even though functioning labels are considered outdated.) which makes a lot of sense with his inability to read social cues, his overall mannerisms and way he expresses his passions for niche topics and his sometimes suffocating care for others. And i like that for him. By far the best autistic representation in media (in my opinion at least. I am biased as an autistic guy that's currently obsessed with r6)

Not sure if you can count some of Extraction's cutscenes (including the ones we got during a Halloween event back then), but Ash and Mira do in fact have a relation with each other full of respect

in Jager's bio, it is mentioned that the pose he has in his portrait is as such simply because he was cold when they took the picture.
For those who don't know, Cav went awol in Bolivia, which happened to be in the universe of Ghost Recon: Wilands, she had he own mission which is really cool that both unvierses are connected
I'm a little disappointed that nobody "native" to ghost recon has made an appearance in sieg, even though siege characters have made an appearance in both recent GR games (in addition to Sam Fisher), though if anyone it'd probably be Nomad, but he'd either need a new callsign or R6 Nomad changes hers.

@@extpalindr0me928Nomad canonically retires after the events of Breakpoint, the better option would be Holt because he is relatively young and could make a comeback (was heavily injured in Breakpoint) because unlike the Ghosts in Breakpoint, he is loved by the players and unlike the Ghosts in Wildlands, he isn't dead, brain dead or retired He canonically is the one that created the drone used throughout Wildlands and Breakpoint (which he gave to Nomad after he nearly died in the helicopter crash at the beginning of Breakpoint) and is the drone specialist in the team, so finding a gadget for him isn't hard at all, perhaps a singular flying drone instead of the regular 2 and if destroyed would unleash an EMP charge He already has experience with Rainbow 6, on 2-3 different occasions, depends if you consider that Sam Fisher was part of Echelon and not R6 when they met in 2019, he worked with Caveira, Valkyrie, Twitch (though they aren't on good terms) and possibly talked with those present in Breakpoint

As of the latest test server, there is a voice recording in the new map that detailed how Pulse had broken up with Hibana after realizing he was bisexual as well as leaving Rainbow for Nighthaven. Doc has put his grievances with Lion aside when he recruited Lion for Wolfguard.
This isnt new actually. In fact Pulses sexuallity is one of the ways how it seperates the Seige universe from the Extraction universe(as if the alien parasite zombies wasnt enough). In siege Pulse is bi leaning towards gay, meanwhile in extraction he is full straight even having a kid with Habana

I think the Mozzie-Vigil rivalry is because Mozzie is a very impulsive, gung-ho kind of guy who acts before he thinks, and doesn't seem to take many things too seriously. In a lot of ways he's like Dokkaebi on steroids, who even comments that his gadget is impressive and seems to show a begrudging respect for him.

So let me get this straight, Nokk cut the hydraulics system of a helicopter system and shot Thunder in the leg, only for Thunder (who has been shot in the leg) beat her somehow and forgive Nokk (after Nokk tried to kill her both directly and indirectly by damaging a critical and I don't doubt expensive component on a helicopter, did I mention Nokk shot Thinderbird in the leg?). Thunderbird would then also cartoonishly slap a bandage on Nook's helmet like she has booboo. Rainbow Six Siege levels of writing everyone

It be cool if revisit this but with Extractions relationships added ontop of these ones. Also in Extraction its noted that since Operation Chimera Jaeger has had ptsd of the parasite. This implies that his Seige counter part still has ptsd while surrounding himself with his fellow operator friends as a means to cope, with nighthaven taking away and causing distrust in Rainbow it must really hurt Jaeger to see his new family being ripped apart. Just with that little info Jaeger goes from being the happiest story to one of the saddest.
in seige's timeline the chimera outbreak was only a simulation in extraction it was only the start of the chimera parasite infection
I love how a lot of these reflect how they actually work with and against eachother. Obviously Thermite likes Thatcher and Twitch. He's super easy to counter without them. Duh pulse and IQ have a friendly rivalry! I was playing IQ yesterday against a pulse. We knew exactly what the other was up to, but couldn't do anything except look at each other and talk friendly trash in all chat.

I would like to add that Zero knows Skehan or Thorn based of how they interact with each other. No one even knows his real name unless those who are familiar with him. Skehan/Thorn must have known him because of her training session in Virginia where Sam also trains a long time ago before Splinter Cell happens. Plus, Finka knows Sam because of his father, not that related but they seem to have relationship for now. Zero even said, "There's the one i know and some familiar faces." Which means, he already met them along the way. And Zero is their instructor and 1 of the ROS.
Mozzie and Bandit not being friends is definitely a missed lore opportunity
