obscene amount of information man, can't overstate how much i appreciate the effort that went into this. literally gonna be the ranked bible for my stack and i lmfao if (once you've recovered from making a 4 hour video lol) you made a counterpart for attack defaults for every site in the current map pool, with those 2 videos you would have literally created the be all end all for educational siege content... not saying you SHOULD go to all that effort, but it would be absolutely legendary if you did

I'm at work and can't watch this rn, but I'm hyped. Your last vid of this was one of the few vids I kept saved and would reference. Im sure the quality is here and that the community will benefit from this. Not sure if this was addressed, but I see a few ops on here on certain sites (like Kaid on various sites where protecting reinforcements is critical) that I do tend to see banned (even at my current rank: Copper). I'd love to see a vid showing alternatives to ops that are usually considered vital for a site but may be banned because the other team is thinking the same thing and they got attack first. Besides that though I'm hyped to watch this and I hope you're settling into your new college term well BeastMod!
I appreciate the kind words G! What I really want to do is come up with some duo queue or trio queue stratagies because another common critique is that you need a 5 stack for these site setups to go well.
@BMP I think a video with some solid duo-strats would be great. It'd be great to go over some strats or even just show a video of you duo queueing with someone and talking through your thought process while you defend or attack.

Bro you are my favorite KZheadr when it comes to siege. Here’s some advice break these videos into like 3 maps a video or something bro and make more money and it’s something to look forward to. You’re making excellent videos but the time and effort you put into these you should get paid way more. No ones gonna watch a 3 hr video. Just make like 10 30 min videos

I've been waiting for the update to last year's Best Site Setup video after all the game changes, thanks a lot! You're the only one that does such a complete guide with all 5 operator setups. Even if I don't agree with all of it there's always something to take from, be it operator recommendations, some new line of sight, gadget placements, etc. I would like to see all 4 sites since on some maps the 3rd and 4th site are similar when it comes to how good they are but I know these videos do take a lot of time. Are you planning on doing an update to how to attack every bombsite with operator recommendations next?

I just finished watching the previous series for this lol great content. If you do this again it may be easier/faster with 5 people just follow them around and explain their jobs so we'll see the full setup everytime.
Yeah this would probably be easier. Get 5 people together and walk through the whole setup. Problem is i dont have that many people willing to help for that long 💀
i personally really like running Goyo for basement Oregon i know you will not get that deployable but Goyo's on the Mira's really help. i like two on B wars door that the player on the Mira can pop from behind cover, one in freezer and one in laundry, again, from the safety of the Mira window.

Hey bro, me and my friends were watching this video and also trying to study/understand some setups and we noticed that on the first site on Border (Armory/Archives) you placed 11 reinforcements. Smoke 4 walls - 1:46:50 Kaid 5 walls - 1:47:46 and 1:48:07 Wamai 2 walls - 1:48:36 So we were wondering what wall should we remove between the one which smoke plays behind, the one near the rotation in the hallway and the one near the foot holes? 6:52 small improvement, if you make the headholes in supply closet before reinforcing you won’t have to deal with the debris from the posters!
Just a suggestion for organ , I never reinforce rotate on 2nd floor kids just Caz when attack team is rushing to plant from attic they usually go to the corner right behind the bomb where the soft wall would be on that rotate.. and or you always have someone use the soft wall for cover in a 1v1 gun fight had won me rounds just because I knew it was soft and attackers never really think about it being soft or not and use it for cover already .. I have also lost rounds Cas it was reinforced but that's just mee

You put the rotate there because then the guy playing behind the shield is safe behind the reinforced wall. Yes it does mean someone in freezer could stop him from rotating, but if you put the rotate on the other side then the player in blue can be shot while playing behind the shield

Frost matting the default Ying plant in topsite consulate is almost never useful, normally I put a shield facing into site from the default breach and put a frost mat behind it. Works about 60% of the time when the thermite vaults the shield

You make foot holes next to windows (for example, Oregon kids’ dorms big window and wall) so that if Attackers jump in, you can get intel and shoot them through the wall
A. Foot holes can be good since, most of the time, you will see attackers first meaning you can shoot them in the leg and kill them. This can be great for windows since on top of needing to vault, a lot of the time players won't have time to react before they die since by the time they get inside they're dead. B. Vaultable rotates are good since it makes it so attackers can't just walk into site. It does mean you need to vault, but it means your attackers can't sneak through rotates, and you can always place traps (lesion mines, prox alarms, etc) under them and get enemies that way. 3. Face holes (rather than reinforcing a wall) can be good as it extends lines of site and can let you contest attackers trying to take over parts of the map as quickly as possible. Since Defenders can often hold angles without giving away their position, it can make it harder for attackers to push as they will likely need to drone a lot more (which wastes time). Since map control is important (ex. If the attackers take over the floor above site, that's really bad), having more lines of site to contest enemies is critical, especially at higher ranks.
