    • Holy cow, 107? God bless her! You are a good granddaughter and I’m sure she loved you to pieces. I’m sorry for your loss, my condolences.

    • Hi Melissa, im very sorry for your loss. That is great to have grandma for that many yrs. I hope that she didnt suffer for any length of time, and that those 107 yrs were full of GODs love and blessings. I will pray that GOD gives you peace and strength and helps you to heal in a healthy, loving way. I will also pray for your family and most importantly for your grandmas soul. I pray that she is at peace and her soul is refreshed and cleansed, and with our loving GOD and her loved ones who she has missed for many many yrs. My mom is 81, and doing great. She has a very bad leg and is pain, but she is a tough cookie. She always has been. She lost her mom when she was 3 1/2, and her dad when she was 24. I never met those grandparents, but her mother did a great job for the few yrs she had her. And her dad was super loving and my mom came first when her dad started dating again about 6 yrs later. I WISH i met them. My mom looked exactly like her mother, and they were both Beautiful and Gorgous. My mom is still gorgous, just older, lol. She is beautiful in her heart and soul and she still has her cute baby smile. She is known for her smile, coz she always smiled and stayed positive. My grandma was 24 when she died and my grandpap was 50 when he died. Thats to young. Ive been pulling out the old pics of my mom when i have been visiting her 2x a week. The pics are her as a baby. A child, young adult and an adult and my mom and dads wedding. Its nice to see those old pics of her side of family, and old pics of my dads side of his family who i was closer with. Mom was an only child. Dad had a brother and a sister. Everyone is deceased, except my mom, Praise GOD. Take care. We still have our Memories. Peace and love Glen

    • That happened to my 93 year old grandpa last August. Who was 2 days from turning 94, he was like NOPE I’m out and passed in his sleep. As everyone found out they asked “what happened” because the man was healthy, still had his mind and knew everybody business like no other. When it’s your time to go, it’s just time. 🤷🏽‍♀️

    • Yup. My grandpa still knows the latest town gossip. He hosts all the holiday dinners. He has just now begun to give up fishing, only because the two guys he always goes with are no longer there. And he knows its not smart for him to go alone. When he doesn't want to do something, he won't do it. I somehow feel that willingness or lack of willingness will carry on until the day he dies.

He was great for wringing sounds out of the audience in response to what he was saying; he really painted the mental pictures well and took us along for the emotional and virtual ride. We were totally invested in what he was saying. He may have struck too close to home with the Little Caesar's pizza joke - apparently we all eat that and yes, we do get mad when it's crappy tasting or poorly made. Plus it's no longer $5 due to inflation. Even so, I think he was super, really enjoyed seeing his special here. Would love to see him back again with even more jokes/stories to tell. Thanks Dry Bar!
