When she said that I had an apifany that my purpose is to spread the light as I go door to door helping people with their plumbing. I always talk to my customers and seem to be the plumber therapist. Everyone loves me for some reason and I guess that is my purpose. Love you brother, keep it up

    • I just had two carpet cleaners come over (not plumbing but making house calls like you) and they were friendly and warm and talked about pets and kids. It made me feel more comfortable about them being in my house and as a stay at home mom I don't have a lot of conversations with other adults. You don't just ease their stress by fixing their pipes. You bring joy and love into their home. You bring that light to help fight their darkness. You surrender to the universe and ask to be used as a vessel will bring you to those homes/businesses that need you. You can do so much! You can bless the house before you leave. Your energy has more power than you think!

  • In several videos I have heard you say that people 50-60 years ago could not understand these concepts. They can and did, and they laid the foundation for todays acceptance. The films, music and books all point to a robust embrace (Hair, JC Superstar, Dawning of the age of Aquarius, Autobiography of a Yogi etc.) The Second Great Awakening in the late 1800s to early 1900s was another example of spiritual progress. You have less of a headwind for these concepts because evolution is an upward spiral. "Starseeds" can look into the second story window not because they are 20 feet tall, but because they are standing on the shoulders of those who came before them.

  • She touched on something that has been a huge realization to me particularly in the last 2 years. - many ask “what is my purpose”- We want THE answer. But It may not be one thing. We are what gives life meaning. And it can change and evolve. Just start off doing what you like. What brings you joy. And then be open minded. It will lead you to the next and then the next. It’s an on going journey if we would just let it happen. 💫

  • I loved your reaction to your 'no power' week. In South Africa, our whole country has no power for 2 to 6 hours per day, and I think it has been for 10 years or so. The Jungian symbology would say that as a country our conscious and unconscious attitude is exactly that - feeling that we have no power, so the reality represents that! That question of purpose is often misunderstood. It often stems from the Judeo Christian approach which seems steeped in the notion of lack and suffering. So the term, 'finding your purpose' implies, if not promotes, a sense that we start from a point of lack of purpose and then have to embark on a search for 'it'. Presumably then, when we find it, we will be happy. This loops us back to feeling the lack, the sense of failure in the now moment. So engaging fully with the purpose in the now moment is 'BEING IN PURPOSE', fully investing our holistic energy inside the highest purpose of each moment, steeped in the purpose of the task, the fun, the joy of living in the now. As we do more and more of that, we value ourselves and our beingness more and more over time. We are then so at ease and in the flow of each now moment that we unfold with our passions, interests and talents over time, appreciating being in purpose more and more. Having worked with people who are seriously challenged, I learned from them. If all they could do was be assisted in getting out of bed, toileting and sitting strapped in a chair, until being fed, then they were living very much on purpose. It took enormous emotional, mental and physical energy for them to do just that. They needed no pressure to do anything else. No other purpose than appreciating their sense of smell, taste, some touch and a little movement and some ability to see. We are all limited by our capacities and yet unlimited in our ability to explore how to move beyond those limits. For most of us the limit is in our attitude. If my aforementioned client could find the greatest joy and appreciation with his purpose in just being alive, then I could find great joy in everything that I can perceive and experience.

  • I can relate to seeing an entity come through the wall. I remember seeing a being made of white light and swirling multicolored energy patterns come through my bedroom wall and just was there for a few moments and then faded back through the wall. Imagine a perfect outline of a tall human being with a bald head or no hair outline but made of white light and multicolored energy patterns almost like swirling universes on it's body. I've only seen one or two pictures on the internet that almost look like what I witnessed. I don't consciously remember any communication but may have communicated on some higher level. Very fascinating and cool to know others have experienced this as well. I can attest to this type of spiritual phenomenon. This world is so complex and fascinating and science has alot of catching up to do with spirituality.

  • In South Africa as Sara intimated having no power for hours daily or sometimes days is part of life.....its a constant annoyance and yet there's something about been without electricity that resembles the 12th house of astrology, one can either allow it to drive you insane or its a time to withdraw and spend time resting and going within..... Many families here learned that time without electricity meant no TV so let's have game evenings, let's eat at the dining room table etc. The silence of no electricity for me is always the best...the constant background hum goes away (unless of course your rich neighbour fires up his generator)... So for me, when the universe disconnects us from the internet, its actually time to connect to the inner-net! Thank you for another sterling show xx

  • I think many of us who watch this podcast and are part of these communities connect to these conversations so much, and it is so refreshing to hear such a genuine conversations, such as this and many others that you have had Alex to say that we all can do this it’s not just a certain person, but we all have the capability to do it. It’s a matter of are we in the flow is our ego truly set aside and are we ready and are we prepared for this to work in progres. We’re all here in school learning and I think like myself I am looking forward to one day, possibly connecting more to the higher realms I do in my dream state in my astral travels But would love to bring forth channeling to help those that I work with in education or to help my work in general to be that guidance not to talk to people but to provide me the guidance and direction that is so needed on the ground. Yes, I agree that I can read some thing or listen to a very short message from a channeler, and I can fall into that trance or deep meditative state and connect & go to another level and then slowly come out of it and feel refreshed and invigorated

  • As an educated musician, I decided early on to pursue a career and raise a family. My music was delegated to the weekend variety, or annual jams many of my peers contrived. In those jams, I knew what it felt like when the band became one and more than the sum of its parts, and the music was nearly perfect. It doesn't get any better than this. I realized this was the musical drug that professional musicians chase with their ten thousand hours of practice. I always figured that when I retired, I could go on and write my great musical work. As I neared retirement, I created a recording studio for myself that I could use to pursue my dream. In the process, I attracted a lot of young musicians to my studio, and eventually, they took over, and I did very little of my own work. At that point, I could have let my ego become frustrated by these circumstances but I realized that maybe my purpose was to provide for these young people something they would never have otherwise encountered. My role as a teacher and mentor seemed more natural and satisfying than the thirty years of chomping at the bit trying to build a successful band on the side. We eventually named the studio, "The Church of the Chill."

I’m starting to put together a plan for a community which will be based on individual freedom, shared resources (as in an economic engine which will provide for the community as a whole), regenerative farming (I have been in the plant business since 1999), and spirituality. I’m thinking bamboo farm and spirituality retreat and alternative construction methods seminars, and an AirBnB for the economic engine. You will be the first guest of honor, with as many guests as you want. I’m 45, I’ve never had such clarity in what my path is. So much of it is tied to your show, the guests, and the wisdom and practices they share. So, thank you❤ To say I owe you one, means nothing to you, but you should know it means everting to me.

  • The content of this was very relevant for me right now. I've had some frustration at not being able to manifest, and I've had some miraculous manifestations. I started wondering if the universe was "dangling the carrot of my desire", yet not delivering, just to keep me in a certain spot, because normally I don't hang out in a situation that doesn't feel good. I've been pondering a lot on how so many spiritual/life teachings out there can be right, for certain times/situations, but then the opposite teaching can also be right. I feel sometimes the act of manifesting is the way to go, especially if it's in alignment with the higher self's/universe's path, but then sometimes you gotta just sit back and experience the now - and get what you get out of it, and have faith that you're where you're supposed to be. Until you're not. Oy! Anyway, this podcast touched upon that in a validating way at a good time for me. I loved the organic flow of the conversation. Thank you!

  • Oh man, Sarah explaining the whole "Dear Ones" thing from channeling just made me look at it in a completely new way. I always call my kids (the oldest is now 21) my luvs, luvvie, sweetheart, sweetie, sweetie-pie, bugaboo, punkininny, honey, and on and on and on. I even preface my admonishing with it most of the time. And BOY do they know that they are loved and that my words always come from a place of love. And that's the point, isn't it. The universe/guides/angels (whatever you want to call it) wants us to know that no matter how difficult the road or how frustrating the lesson, they're there beside us, constantly loving us and supporting us. (I just realized that i sound like an old southern gramma🤔😁🥰.... and I'm from the great white north and not that old😊. Ah well, southern grammas are wonderful and my mom and aunt sound the same, so I'll just have to accept my destiny💕)

  • I have heard that I had a wild imagination myself, now I have noticed that the subconscious and consciousness has a lot to do with my own experiences. I did have a NDE at a young age, and also remember bits and pieces of several past lives, just certain moments and memories, and they come to me in visions, and perhaps future events come into view in form of dreams. Now just during the past 3 years I’ve been experiencing a lot of deja vu and it’s almost similar to living a past life, I really don’t think we really don’t know enough about being spiritual or channeling, or at least I don’t. But I do wonder if some of us channel without realizing it, or even thinking about what we’re actually experiencing to take away anything meaningful from it, due to the misunderstanding of the whole concept.

Really interesting to know there a less deep sweet spot to connect and channel rather than long deep,or having to be in an ultra high vibration

  • Oh thank you. I needed to laugh. Alex you are so genuine...thank you. When you described your experience during the power outage. You were without, feeling frustrated seeing lights on across the street, wondering why. It so relates to life. It tickled my soul how we are sometimes like children wondering how " that thing" just happened to me? From the eyes of innocence.

  • In my late 30s early 40s , to release stress etc something would encourage me to write poems or even 1 single line , and have some good stuff . Also with music I would grab pastel chalks close my eyes and let my hand choose the colors and draw , scribble some beautiful drawings . Now in my 60s with all that's going on , I find only stress and actual headaches , having a hard time relaxing if not almost impossible to do .

    • @@Joe17897 I agree nature does have her ways of balancing, but humanity has done so much damage to all, nature and each other. It doesn't have to be that way, we can all collectively begin to dream a new dream, out-picture a fairer, more loving, egalitarian society for the we rather than the me. We need to start very early teaching children in nursery / kintergarten and primary school how to meditate, go inwards, recognise what they are feeling and how to work with it so that they learn how to self soothe as well as help each other when they are struggling. War starts from within us all, if we are war like, we will experience war, if we are peace, peace is what we will experience externally. Everybody has a story and we really need to get to the root of the story to help those who are traumatised, depressed, angry etc.

I rarely eat any junk good I stopped earing meat and rarely eat any airy it's mainly fruit vegetables seeds nuts and grains like granola and they have issues with me eating this way .. the bottom line is i had health issues that are now better or completely gone amd I feel amazing so what I'm getting at is we all have our own path to live what we do along the way is our choice and ours alone .. nobody else has any right yo say anything about how we live and in tye end it doesn't matter anyway .. our life our path our choices period .. I live mine you live yours .. with that said I wish everyone the best in everything they do. I know you can and will do great things !! Peace love light prosperity and protection from me to you all !!

I think we're living in an age of transformation, as one of your guests talked about. This is the unsettling of those irritated souls sensing a storm is coming and they will begin to see salvation in coming to Peace - Common sense will return... People will stop hating each other = all when We realize our survival as a species needs all on board to plan our survival. I really enjoy your presentations
