Julie Poole (BSc., SQHP), is a Spiritual and Personal Empowerment Coach, Law of Attraction Teacher and Author. I loved your interview with Alex! I am in alignment with everything you said. I also feel like everything is getting better. The vibration is getting lighter to me. Some of the things you were channeling, especially about the mirrors were blowing my mind. I used to talk to “all my other me’s.“ in angled mirrors when I was a kid. We used to plan out our days and lives together. (It would freak my mom out so much. 😆)

I loved this episode. Julie’s journey is much like mine. As a empathetic person you find unfortunately having to “tune it out, turn it off”! You read people and you realize that you don’t want to. You see things you don’t want to. If you have had NDE (which is weird to call them “near death experiences” because you do die; you are just given a second chance!) It takes being comfortable in yourself to be able to do what Julie and others like her do. Blessings from the Ancestors!!

Thank you. You mentioned "knowing" and spiritual guides, so I must ping a wonderful book called Steps to Knowledge, the book of inner knowing, to discover the knowing self... I feel it's important also in that it teaches about discernment, which is surely needed in the topic of channeling... Becoming educated feels very important.

Is exactly what been happening to me stepping people shoes and loves one's in order to understand them their negative feelings or emotions or thoughts or behavior or point of view believe me is no fun at all but is a way to put my feet in the ground and STOP being judgmental, i felt that I reflect what I judged in to me to show love to them and be patient and to be silent to provent hurt and drama. Since they need a lot healing in their personal life. So I notice I end up behaving like them or feeling the way they feeling or even seeing their negative point of view besides reflecting against themselves too. Even thow I don't meant to do that all, but is something they created to themselves in their world too. That's when I realized I keep waking up more, and more awareness and stop being judgmental to others no matter what. So I'm healing and noticing I'm no longer judging and no longer feeling victimized anymore I keep feeling freedom little by little. This is just a confirmation for me and for others that going through a process of growing our souls. So this a good way for me to to knowledge and experience for my own good and others. Thank you so much light of souls we appreciate very much with all our hearts and souls!
Don't seek to know the depths of life from others, especially if you are still spiritually disoriented. Draw your wisdom from within yourselves, directly from Source, directly from your Root. Meditate in stillness, and insights will come, effortlessly.

Great work Alex. May I suggest, when these entities say things like “you create your own Reality” as many do, can you ask: “Give me an example of how that works” so we can understand the context. So many times we don’t have enough information to get an operational sense of it. Creating our reality might be the normal creating of a data replica in the brain, or it could be the manifesting of hard matter from the zero point.

There are so many NLS episodes that have been impactful for me on my personal path, but this one resonated on a new level for me! (No pun intended haha) As ELI was talking about what’s to come in the future, there were several times I thought “man I really want to be here to witness it all, be a part of it” and then after like the 5th time they said “most of your listeners will witness this” and it was like they were responding directly to me/for my benefit 😆🤯 …Is it too soon request a part 2…3…4…?? 😅🙏🏼

I've been spiritually aware since 6 years old and dipped in and out of spiritualism over the years. At 40 I got meningitis then at 41 had 2 strokes. At 57 my memory is impaired but my psychic abilities are spot on, manifestation is scarily accurate I literally say something and it is so. I cannot control it but would love to know if this is due to my brain disorder that my senses are hightened.

This was so excellent! I loved listening to Julie!! and this is my first knowing of her. She "feels" so good to me. btw, this is the first channeling I've heard that supports the "shifting realities" that the Bashar channel explains so well. Very similar but said in different ways. Thanks Julie and Alex! Incidentally, I am typing this in my barn, and my barn swallows have joined me. Several are chattering away on nearby perches, taking a break from feeding their broods. I have been concious of my guides eversince I was young . I have had so many almost dangers happenings from sickness , drowning and accidents.I was always on my own but felt that they are beings that are protecting me At first it was just a hunch or feeling suddenly I heard them when I was alone infront of a chruch. It was a good feeling to feel safe and aware that you are not alone and your are protected.
Fullfillment... loving everybody unconditionally as Creator loves us, with 'everybody' meaning everything and becoming one with everything/everybody. Without such love, fullfillment will never be reached. Life is not so difficult...watch everybody else...and then don't do it that way!
