  • I support you garv ji best information dete hai. ...ples. सबसे ज्यादा छोटे बच्चे न्यूड का वीडियो देख रहे है।और वॉयलेंस ज्यादा हो रहा है सर। कॉन्ट्रल। तो होना चाइए।। आदमी मोबाइल कंट्रोल नही कर रहे है। मोबाइल सर आदमी को कंट्रोल कर रहा है।।लोग अपने लोगो से इससे दूर होते जा रहे है।।अपना लोग संस्कृति और संस्कार खो रहे।। सर में कुछ टाइम एम्बुलेंस सर्विस देता था । जिसमे हमलोग ऐसे कितने अपने जैसे बच्चे को बीजीएमआई गेम मोबाइल पर खेलने के कारण उनका दिमाग का कन्ट्रोल खो जाने से पागल खाने में छोड़ने पर सर मजबूर हुए और कुछ लोगो ने अपने खुद को मिटाने या आत्महत्या करने का भी प्रयास करते है ।।देख कर सरमिंदगी महसूस होता है ।।लोग ई बात नही समझते की इससे कितना रेडियो एक्टिव ट्रंग निकलता है ।जो की कैंसर का बीमारी पैदा करता है।। लोग ये नही समझते की जरूरत से ज्यादा कुछ भी इस्तेमाल करने पर भारी नुकसान होता है😢😢😢😢😢

  • i was a addictied facebook, tik tok, pubg, netflix,insta reels, youtube but i slowly stopped one by one, deleted fb account, pubg, netflix first and spent time only on instagram, youtube and gaming. then i stopped pubg because it became boring now and then it took 1 year for me to stop using instagram. quitting insta was my biggest achievement. i changed my habits to meditation, 30-minute exercise, reading self-help book, watching yt for both entertainment and learning new things. Believe me guyz i felt am Drug-free now. Our dopamine is ruined in this generation, only way to fix is to go back to old times.
