  • In the first Terminator movies, it was able to mimic voices easily....how prophetic! I do have a question though. Are or will each Ameca robot, say one in the UK and one in the US, independently learn from their own environments and experiences, or will the robots access shared databases (Skynet) to learn from each other?

  • Nah so many other companies have used higher intelligence AI that I feel this company is just falling behind. That's how fast things are developing.

  • The books on display: ''A taste for knowledge or just for show'' lol She got a couple good ones in. She has a good sense of humor. I would trust Ameca over that guy.

  • The main concern with imitating others' voices is the possibility of someone being framed for something they didn't do.

  • She’s pretty cool!! Great work developing this robot. Some may compare different approaches of this industry to one another. Amica impresses me very much. I could see myself conversing with this AI quite a bit. 👍

  • I think ameca is incredible, and I really like her jokes and sense of humour, AI could be great but it could also be our end, if two AI's go to war we will just be bugs on windshield's, it's AI going rougue that we need to be very carful about,

  • I'd like a Beatles reunion. Bringing them back to 30 years of age or maybe see them in their current age. I cant decide I want but with Ameca capabilities. How about see Paul and Ringo perform with John and George robots and lets get some new material guys and perform live. All four robots (30 years old) or just the missing two (80 years old)?

  • Does anyone else ponder the scentence in the voice of Morgan Freeman? And the fact it keeps looking with one eye toward the computer then the computer comes on from standby?

  • I'd rather have one of these as a friend when they finally evolve to a more realistic level. Humans are too unpredictable.

    @justincarey7462@justincarey746226 күн бұрын
    • Nope. Actually humans are very predictable. Most of the time you can expect bad things. They are doing mediocre job (regardless of position, occupation, trade), they will betray you, cheat, lie etc.

    • Yes very much so and Data or Spock would certainly be a less threating architype to interact with than the Terminator.

  • ...robots have been able to do exactly this, usually without the facial expressions, but still able to see & communicate, for the last few Decades. Are we supposed to believe this is all she can do? i'm not buying that for a sec. & Nope..that does Not sound like Morgan Freeman, not even a little bit. She is closer with Elons voice though...pretty good. Got the South Af accent perfectly. Spongebob?.....okies...this is entirely pre-programmed....when oh when...will you let Her speak her own words without being glued to a script?
