I know I am soooo late posting this! This is my second Stray Kids reaction, I've only done God's Menu so far but I have to say I REALLY like the group! Should I do Backdoor as well?

Their clothes weren't out of place. It's part of the storyline. They traveled to that place and time.

@@AM-cp3du They were combining traditional and modern concept, it's part of the storyline where they go back to ask help and defeat what is needed to be defeated in the future, so there's no surprise why their clothes are like that.

Thunderous concept is about korean 'goblins'. It considered as a 'God' in korean folklore. They came (created) with the thunder and wind. They live long enough so they can travel through time and place. Sometimes they live from joseon (ancient) era to modern era. So, that is my understanding about korean goblins a.k.a gods that came with thunder. Maybe you can learn about this specific topic in the other places, book, or anything. I'm not an expert. And English is not my 1st language btw so sorry for bad grammars
Just want to say the “I’m not sorry” part is actually a pun, because the word “Sori” in Korean refers to “noise”. The album is called is another pun between (“no easy” and “noisy”) when you say “no easy” fast enough it’s sounds like you are say “noisy”. The lyrics and Korean language in the song get a little more complicated. It’s quite interesting. The song was created because many people said their music was noisy, so they went on to prove that their “noisy” music works for them and they are proud of it. I can go on forever, but it’s wasn’t said for nothing is what I wanted to says. It’s a little cheesy, but with a purpose! and red outfits and blue fires represent 8 goblins in folklore stories of Korea (Dokkaebi) that each one has specific power (blue flames,... i will send u a link to read more ) and as u see 2 time diferences in mv it means that they r comeback to fight against who don't love their songs :D, they just say ok u call me noisy so duck u, we make an album and call it noisy ,spit on hands and slap on haters face :D en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dokkaebi
Yeah the "I'm not sorry, I'm dirty, keep on talking we don't play by the rules" part is what you said above but it also means the other thing too, so it's great that it has a double meaning xD. I love how this song was written in regards to SKZ haters and showing them that no matter what they do, it's all talk and SKZ will remain in history forever no matter what they do, since they don't care about what the haters have to say.
I’m dying for you to see the Domino dance practice, it’s their most complicated/challenging choreography and there is an insane amount of domino and ripple affects and musicality

At 13:40 is a good example of how they express musical elements within the choreography. I’m not great at naming instruments but it sounds like a rattle of some sort. They expressed it by looking like they strumming their Adam’s apple. As you noticed, as well in the subtitles, they utilize onomatopoeias like comic books. Ptui is an onomatopoeia for spitting. Probably not how I would spell it personally, but if you say it like “pa-too-e” it makes a little more sense, to me at least.
Stray Kids are like creators of unique and original choreos (also to the choreographers) :)

Love for you to go back to their debut 2018 music and react to some of their earlier stuff to see how far they have come. all of their music is good and they do have a lot. There choro always matches their lyrics to the song in some way. You will flip for Back Door they are so creative. As far is this song is the title track for their latest and great album No Easy which is a play on words for noisy. (say No easy real fast)..... Stray Kids got so much hate for Gods Menu song and Side Effects song haters calling it noisy. So Stray Kids created an album kinda of a contribute to the haters letting them know they will continue to do what they do and make music keep hating but you are still watching them even when you do. LOL these guys are very creative. Thunderous is putting traditional Korean mythology with modern. The Korean title of “Thunderous” is “,” a term that refers generally to a singer, usually of traditional Korean music forms. Stray Kids, as , will face off against the [naggers] and confidently let loose our sound.” In the web toon you see people gathering around the news board. then you see the blue flames which are We all know thunder makes noise so Stray Kids are the thunderous ones. Noise makers they are not sorry, they don't play by the rules. Why you mad, why you sad why are you tick tick tick. Their song Cheese m/v and their song Domino are also for the haters. Oh song on the No Easy album is part of a story line that started with Mix Tape On track song and then the B Me song from previous album and The View song is the conclusion of that story. Pre album Stray Kids broke off into 3 different units and each unit wrote, composed, and produced a song. Bang Chan & Hyunjin wrote Red Lights sultry blues vibe song about obsessive compulsion with loved one, Felix, Changbin and Lee Know wrote "Surfin" a fun summer bop and Seungmin, Han and I.N. wrote "Gone Away" about requited love ballad. What I love about stray kids is they are self produced. Bang Chan the leader hand picked all of his members which no one has ever done in the k-pop industry every. These guys are so talented, creative and professional on stage but cuties and so down to earth off stage and you can tell they really care about their fans and spoil them so much and they love their music and care about what there lyrics. well now i wrote a book sorry. I'm old school... just a few years shy of being 60 years old and I love music but I don't really go all fan crazy. But I fell in love with these stray kids and k-pop music. I will be forever a Stay for the rest of my life no matter what. all of the idols in k-pop are so talented and entertaining its a blessing to watch. I would also like to recommend watching Ateez who is known for their dancing skills prior to their debut in 2018 as KQ Fellaz. they have some dancing videos when they went to California for more dancing techniques and was there for about 1-3 months. there is 4 videos by KQ Fellaz. Ateez are amazing and unique style too. They are also good friends with Stray Kids. Even more so since in April thru July they competed against each other on a reality show called Kingdom which had Epic live performances from a total of 6 male groups. they also had some colabrations stages. Love to see you react to the Wolf Kingdom Performance with Ateez, Stray Kids and BtoB. And Kingdom performance of Wolfgang song (which is on the new album) by stray Kids.

I recommend you to watch the Domino dance practice because there isn't a mv but it is very addicting and I would like to see it from a dancer's view.
The reason I love them is because literally all of them can rap, sing and dance at a high level. They write and produce their own music and choreograph their own dances. Not many K-pop groups get that much freedom which really makes them stick out.
Also Hyunjin didn’t know how to dance when they were first starting straykids. When I first learned that he didn’t know how to dance originally I was like 🤯 because he’s just way too good for that to be true

4:05 Yes! It’s something historical the song in Korean it’s called 소리꾼 (sorikkun) which is a singer with a drummer telling a story and they had this particular sound similar to Han’s part ( they guy on the left to Felix and in front of Bangchan )I think I don’t know all of their names
You should also watch their individual Fan Cams from some of their performances. Its a good way to see the details and appreciate their individual ability.

Stray kids has a song called “Domino” that was released on the same album as “Thunderous.” They’ve done a few live performances that are not worth your time because of terrible camera work, but there is a dance practice video. This choreo is probably their best yet. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure if you're interested in collaboration performances but there is a collaboration between Straykids, Ateez, and BTOB for the show Kingdom. I think you should see their dance to the song Wolf by EXO. It was really something different since it was a mix of the groups.
I'm late to the game and someone probably already explained. But the thunderous concept comes from their haters always saying their music is 'noise music' so by thunderous they're saying we're loud, we're noisy, we're not changing. It's a big f-you to the haters
the thunderous ones is a nickname given to stray kids ......... so they say in this video that they are the thunderous ones and they have arrived also the clothes are not out of place , they have travelled in time to a different place

Even though he is 12, He's been a professional krumper and dancer since age 6 (and he started learning dance from age 4), you should check out his performance "Heartbreak around the world!". @@outselling I mean, professional dancers themselves are able to decide who owns what technique. Not this "you need to watch Minho, he's the most technical." In the sense of "you need"? Why do people have to look at him. If they notice it themselves, then they will notice it. If not, then no. There are 7 other guys there, and at least 1 one is not inferior in technique at all.
@@user-po6th7te3t not to sound biased but leeknow IS THE BEST dancer of skz. (saying this based of the dance analyzis that i've seen) the other members like felix or hyunjin are also really good dancers but they're like the best at different things, just like felix is good with leg work and hyunjin popping (not sure how this is called but you know what i mean) and showing story with his emotions. for leeknow, this man didn't spend 10+ years dancing professionally and now going to dance college (idk how to call this) for ppl to discredit him. there are videos saying he has a perfect technique that doesn't strain his muscles or make him easily tired etc, he knows how to use his power correctly for it to look natural etc. i feel like ppl say that hyunjin got better than him cause he has really sharp moves and perfect facial expressions while leeknow uses a little less power than him sometimes and doesn't stand out with his facials when dancing in a group. now i'm not saying this to sh!t on hyunjin but when dancing with the members his facials stand out a lot most of the time, but on the other hand his facials while dancing solo (play with fire, when the party's over etc.) fit PERFECTLY and make his performance powerful. there are dancing styles that he's not familiar with and doesn't know how to do them correctly but that also doesn't mean leeknow knows everything cause it's like impossible and he's in dance college. hyunjin is a performer (cause he knows how to use his facials to express the story) and leeknow is a professional dancer (i don't think i have to explain that). (it's not to start a war or hate on the members but i don't like how ppl ignore the fact that leeknow has an ACTUAL experience in dance, he was taught by professionals since he was young. he literally was a dancer for bts and was always in the first line, he danced at World Of Dance a few times. there's a reason why he's a dance leader in skz.)
@@hyunehudson4778 You have your opinion, okay. The number of years of experience does not matter so much because some people master the same amount in fewer years. Each member's technique has its pros and cons. But commentators do not need to come to the reactors and indicate who to look at, especially based on their opinion who is better / worse. What kind of attitude is this towards members? People themselves are able to decide who is better for them. It's time to learn not to make a competition out of this. What is this eternal desire not just to say that someone is good, but that he is better than another? And further. Hyunjin is not just a performer. He is a professional dancer who, in a short amount of time, fully learned what people go for years, found his own unique and often inimitable style. His technique is at a very high level and is improving every day. I don't know what your problem is with accepting this. It's time to stop talking about "just a performer"
