Recipe:
Small fish - 2 kg.
Salt (coarse) - for 2 kg fish, I add 2 tsp salt.
Vinegar - (4%) - for per 2 kg fish I add 40 ml.
Black pepper
Bay leaf
Paprika
Vegetable oil - for each jar of 40-50 ml.

The jar size is 500 ml.

✅ Jar lids must be tightly closed! Under no circumstances should air enter!
✅ Storage conditions must be correct.
We have cool cellars under (on the ground) most of the houses. We keep it there.

хороший рецепт.нужно попробывать.жаль не пишете полный рецепт к описанию ролика приходится много писать...рыбу чистим и потрошим смешиваем с солью а затем и с уксусом ,в чистую банку ложим 1лист лаврушки и черный перец 10горошин и паприку пол чайн ложки потом в банку укладываем плотно вертикально рыбу, сверху заливаем 50мл олии что бы покрыло рыбу до края банки должен остаться 1см ,плотно завинчиваем крышки на дно кастрюли ложим тряпку ,ставим на тряпку банки в кастрюлю и заливаем водой чтобы покрыло крышки и варим 3 часа на медленном огне ,затем снимаем с огня и даем остыть,прячем в погреб.

Your fish should be good for years, far more than a year. I can quite a lot of fish in pint jars in a pressure canner with nothing but water for 70 minutes. It's rare that any make it more than a couple of years before they're eaten but would last much longer. Your method is solid too though and should be just as good. Interesting how you pack your fish and ingredients. Great vid.
Preserving fish for one year is a basic operation in many countries.
