RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
8 medium potatoes.
Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
1 broccoli.
Add broccoli to boiling water.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Salt 1/2 teaspoon.
Cook broccoli for 2 minutes.
Broccoli is ready!
Cheese 150g / 5.29oz.
2 eggs.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Melted butter 100g/3.52oz.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Water 2 tablespoons.
Salt.
Red pepper.
Beat with a mixer.
Potatoes are ready!
Olive oil.
Halve the potatoes.
Place the potatoes cut side down in the muffin tin.
Press the potatoes down with the bottom of the glass.
Repeat after me!
Add cheese.
Add broccoli.
Add sauce.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes.
