The consistently hurt O-line and silly playcalling really hurt Geno’s production this year. Yet, he was still fairly good in most offensive metrics all things considered.

Give Geno another year with a new head coach & better line & watch what we he can do. Pete has never prioritized offense, so the the fact Geno thrived at all in Seattle is awesome. He can get it done, he kept us in games this year & only lost us 1, he’s not bad, the offensive scheme was just bad.

I have no idea how some Seahawks fans convince themselves Geno isn't good. Last year would have been a lot different, had the defense not been bottom of the barrel. When O-line was healthy, Geno performed just as well as 2022. Tons of O-line injuries and bad defense derailed the season. Real Seahawks fans love Geno.

Why do people want to rid of Geno Smith? He was rated at 92.1 this year and Josh Allen rated 92.2. You dont hear people saying lets get rid Josh Allen.
That's my quarterback! Geno is doing a really nice job out there, and the calls to replace him ASAP are just irrational know-nothing nonsense. Replacement-level QBs don't get a 20-minute highlight reel in a single season.
jake bobo wasn’t used enough down the stretch in the big moments . have to use every tool in the shed and know when and where to use it. seattle should just trade Lockett and renegotiate DK and get some serious defensive talent.

I'm not a Seahawks fan, but I would absolutely love it if they drafted my guy Michael Penix Jr in the 2nd round. Keep him local. His offensive coordinator from Washington is already with the team. Draft Troy Fontanu to block for him in the 1st round & draft MPJ & have him sit behind Geno for a year or two.

Geno could have definitely played better down the stretch but it wasn’t all his fault. The offensive line again struggled throughout the season especially at the end, and he playing through injuries didn’t help either. I don’t see him starting for us beyond next season. Drafting a QB is definitely in our best interest

Seattle needs receivers who can run thru a brick wall while catching anything. That's how you get to the superbowl with this receiving core.
We had good receivers this year but who knows whats gonna happen in that WR room going forward. We really need to get better use out of our TEs and get rid of Will Dissly already. Jimmy Graham scored more TDs this season than ALL of our TEs combined…. Thank god Shane Waldron is gone.
Yea i mean Waldron will go from using TE’s to completely ignoring them after winning a game. I don’t fault him because obviously with a player like D.K. and Lockett who demand touches over winning its a problem for any locker room RB’s and TE useage is vital more so than Receivers but getting all 3 to be effective in the right moments is how you reach the super bowl IMO..@@rig2037

Geno stepped up when we needed him, but its time to move on. He doesnt have a qb1 arm or ability to scramble in the pocket.
i'm pretty sure he had multiple game saving scrambles this year. as well as the o-line being one of the worst in the league either due to poor play and/or injuries.
