📋 INGREDIENTS:
1 onion
olive oil
1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
1 tbsp red curry paste
3 red peppers, diced
200g (1 cup) red lentils
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp curry powder
750 ml (3 cups) water
1 cube of vegetable broth
400 ml (1 2/3 cups) coconut milk
Lemon juice as needed

  • Nice, I just made a double batch. I'm about to go blend it. I added garlic, mustard seed, corriander seeds, tumeric and I increased the chilli paste a bit. Oh I added a bunch of red hot chilli peppers too... and ground pepper...
