Making this cool Cuff Bracelet in my workshop - The Process:
From the a used piece of Copper pipe a had in my workshop, I started by hammer the copper pipe until it was almost flat. Before, I measured up 1 cm from the ends of the pipe and sawed a 1 cm crack at each end. When hammering, I avoided making these ends flat so that I could later use these as nice endings for the ends of a braided silver bracelet.
Once the copper pipe was hammered flat, I heated it up so it was easy to shape and then hammered it into the shape of a Cuff Barcelet. Then I use my jeweler saw to saw off the top layer of the copper tube - approx. 2 mm. from each edge.
I cleaned soot and impurities from the shaped copper Cuff bracelet using sulfuric acid. To make the copper part ready for the braided silver Cuff later, I polished it up nicely - Great result, I think..!!
I pulled the silver wires up from my Silver Deer - and cut it into 6 equal lengths of silver wire.
I then braided the 6 silver wires into a silver braid - it was hard work because each silver wire was 3mm. thick and it was hard to get it nice looking - even though I had heated the silver wires beforehand to make them softer. But it worked out fine in the end and I hammered the silver bracelet on all edges, so it turned into a really nice and assembled silver cuff bracelet it self. I hand sanded the silver cuff with a file into the right shape.
I hammered the cuff bracelet around my bracelet wooden stick and made the ends nice. It was difficult to get the cuff to fit perfectly into the copper bracelet that I had made earlier, but I think the result ended up nice.
When the cuff bracelet were tapped in the right shape and the ends were done correctly, I bent it, so that it could fit my wrist.
Finally, I polished the silver cuff bracelet with my multi sander, so both the the copper cuff bracelet and the silver cuff bracelet became a homogeneous and awesome cuff bracelet.
Used Tools:
I only used a hammer, a couple of screwdrivers, 2 Pliers, file and a multi-sander - and lots of sandpaper. So anyone can make this Cool Cuff Bracelet if they want.
I think the final result is awesome - this is not the last piece of homemade jewelery I´ll make..!!
Please give me your feedback in the comment section, if you like - I will be happe to hear you out, so I can make new great videos in the near future.

Thanks a lot 😊👍
Your Silver Deer reminds me of the Golden Egg Laying Goose. Although.. geese actually do lay eggs, but I've never seen a deer do whatever it is that your Silver Deer does.
Thanks for noticing 👍 The Deer was just meant as an "easter egg" - an unexpected feature in the video 😉
Very inspirational. Thank you for sharing your skill.
Thank you very much - I appreciate your feedback 😊👍

Thanks a lot ;-) Maybe you can learn it by watching my videos? Big thanks again.
I want to gift my brother with copper jewelry so he can wear at his wedding. I have 8 gauge wire and I’m not sure where to find tools to help me with bending the copper. I see that you used a wooden cylinder object to bend, can I find that at Home Depot? And I also want to know the name of the table top tool you were using at 3:35. Thank you so much
It's a seriously big gauge size- Nice!! you can buy a bending mandrel on Etsy - I hope it will be a success. And the table tool at 3:35 is a small table anvil of 5 kg - best of luch 👏👍
Top demais
Thanks..! :-D
I think it is a good project, you make it look easy but It probably isn't. Keep up the good work. Maybe you could make easier projects for us beginners and more detail on how you did it. Thank you
Thanks a lot 😊 👍 Good idea..! I'm working on a few other videos, but after those, I'll look into it. Maybe you have a suggestion..?
Question can I just brush salt water in n copper to get that patina? I’m new !?
yes salt water and vinegar 😉👍
I saw video and know it ALLOT of work...How much would you sale or price one at???
Thanks a lot 👍 Yes - there’s a lot of work in this Cuff Bracelet - it’s not for sale, but I would price it for aprox. $350 because I used a lot of clean silver.
TU INGENIO, TU TRABAJO, TU DESTREZA; SON INCREÍBLES. ÉRES UN GRAN ARTISTA. VÉNDEME UN BRAZALETE DE COBRE!!!

It's really amazing what you can do. Are taking orders?
Thanks a lot, I appreciate your feedback 👍 - No, unfortunately I don't make items you can order 😊
Thought the bracelet was very cool. What size wire did you use? It would be helpful if you talked your way through the video so we could know how long this took,, what size wire etc. Thanks will subscribe.
Thank you for your nice feedback. ;-) Very good point..! I have previously considered talking my way through my videos - maybe I may do so in my next videos. I used 3mm silver wire and a 12 x 1.0mm copper tube in this video.
Is the 1 mm or the diameter of the tubing or the wall thickness?
@@dhduncan 12mm is the diameter - and 1mm is the wall thickness 👍
LOVE IT!! very creative your filming makes me laugh!! I have to know how you got so much wire from the deer LOL, was that real siver?
Thanks a lot, Patty, for your lovely feedback 😊 I made a Hole in the wodden plate belov the deer and then have my roll of silver wire lying underneath . The deer is a silver wine cork by the way😁👍
Wow shet 😂
Thanks..! :-D

What gage is that wire
This silver wire is 3,0 mm - pretty massive 👍
Is that real silver on copper? Where can i buy those silver wires
I made them from a old silver spoon - but you can buy them on this webshop (Danish) www.smyks.dk ( 3mm) 👍😉
So satisfying to watch you turn that piece of copper pipe and 6 silver rods into awesome lifetime bracelet!
Thanks a lot, friend 😊😉
