  • I've never heard a fighter tell his opponent that he was sad after losing...Plant really respected canelo at this point. Some will see this as weakness, but like canelo said we're human.

Not only is the king of boxing, he's also a humanitarian and philanthropist, he donates millions to families who's homes have been destroyed by disasters, he built homes, and schools, including a Senior Citizens building which he supports.

He came in with nothing but will and passion for this sport, and it’s rare to see an opponents that faced Canelo, being fearless from beginning to end. Why is it that Jermell pointed the finger to the press saying it was Jermall who wanted to fight him post fight (you can see this on ESNEWS, Fight Hype, and Fight Hub). Because Jermell don't want that smoke. Why did Jermall reject the fight back in 2018/19? Because it's not the same Canelo they used to talk shit about in his early years. Most people calling out Canelo now want their payday. Hell you even have guys at 175 refusing to fight each other because they want a payday, like Bivol rejecting to fight Ramirez.

Canelo is the kind, and I hope we can see him there for years, he is hell of a great fighter, I definitely think he deserves to be called the number one pound for pound these days! MUCH respect for Caleb Plant, he is a great fighter and a great person. He gained my respect with this fight, I hope he rises after this experience and we can see more of him for a long time.
