This is even more satisfying when you remember how Paris mocked Haaland and the rest of Dortmund. In my county, we call teams like PSG, "tiny teams" (which is an obvious translation from the spanish "equipo chico"). All the stats you are referring to mean nothing. PSG has 0 UCL titles and amount of money they have spent over the past few years just to be as competitive, is absurd and pretty stupid; at least when it is compared to what they achieved so far on the European scene. It is true that they are dominant on the Ligue 1, but let's be honest; the French league is not that competitive (aside from Monaco winning the 16/17 season) and given the pedigree of PSG's stars, it would be laughable for them not to win the League 1. When I said they had no relevant international history, I meant their international achievements are very few and not that important. Sure, they are a popular team and they have the budget/talent to be among the greatest, but that's not everything you need to succeed. Celebrating the dub against Leipzig the way they did, perfectly showcases their mentality and attitude. But guess what? They had to finish the job against a superior, more organized team, and they shit the bed. You can argue whatever you want, be my guest. Defend PSG all you want, but you cannot change the fact that they're mediocre.
