I love how in Inhale it was mostly quieter "inside"songs, and then Exhale is (from what iv'e heard so far) really loud impacting songs.

That's super clever! Never realized that, but it makes sense since when you breathe in, it's usually super soft and quiet, but when you breathe out, it's more forceful and fast.

if you're a diehard fan of TFK like me (15 years and counting), back to their Oddball days, it doesn't matter how their sound has "changed" Trevor has noted several times before, that Oxygen:Inhale was a lighter side, like FM Static. When you inhale, it's meant to be relaxing. When you exhale, you're exerting all of your energy, and that's just what Exhale is and will be, is Trevor, Joel, Steve, and Andrew their all! TFK has never ceased to amaze me, with Trevor's beautifully prolific writing, coupled with Steve's catchy beats, and Joel's slap-happy bass. I cannot thank you guys enough, for all that you do, and continue to do for us fans!

Everyone has their interpenetration of what something means, he was simply stating what he thought was the meaning behind the song. I think this is my favorite song from Exhale so far, sound and lyrically. This is really shaping up to be a truly amazing album. Cannot wait to hear it all. Also can't wait for Rock the Tarmac.
