I have completely finished A-Deck and am now beginning construction on the boat deck. There will be one more showcase video and right after that the ship’s float test (sea trials) is going to be conducted!

Looks better than the 10ft one I made a few years ago. I also have plans to make another large scale model for sinking purposes. So this is really cool!

To be honest you should (after you sink it) make it look like the real wreck so it’s not like…. Looking weird
I’m not gonna raise it if that’s what you mean. I’m gonna sink it in the middle of a 6 meter deep lake and I will build a radio controlled ROV to get wreck footage. There is no possible way to pull it out of the water, and even if I did, I wouldn’t have any space for it. Nope, it’s gonna stay down there and I’m gonna make regular wreck dives to observe the rate of deterioration.

How wide is the model
The hull itself is 28 cm wide, A-Deck and the Boat-Deck are 30 cm wide

Also, unless you have properly sealed the outside hull... DO NOT TEST FLOAT. It will ruin it. Trust me.. 🤣 I've done it myself.. ruined the whole build.
