For this month’s project I have created diorama inside a wooden chest showing the famous ship RMS TITANIC when she was sinking in the North Atlantic Ocean right before she broke in two.
I took the idea for the underwater view/lighting from ANASTASIOS LIATSOS
who makes amazing Titanic dioramas. Please check his channel:

    • @rafanellys Well, it wasn't a "dummy". It was for ventilation of the lower decks, and to make the ships look better. I admit it was not for the same purpose as the other three, but it wasn't just there for no reason.

      @davidchalmers2504@davidchalmers25043 жыл бұрын
    • @@davidchalmers2504 The number of chimneys (3 + 1) was supposed to give the appearance of the power and speed of the ship (something like tuning). It's the same as having someone install another exhaust on their car without requiring engine power. No less, the last chimney on the Titanic was used for ventilation and service purposes, so it had a function, unlike another exhaust in the car as part of tuning. I also appreciate that the author of the diorama thought of this essential detail.

    • No it wouldnt be the same. Titanic was an accident. WtC was a terrorist attack. Big difference there.

    • Rather, make a diorama about the Concorde disaster, or the moment when the challenger space shuttle explodes. It is true that not died 1500 people, but at least it will be spectacular!

  • Carefully chosen music, well detailed, ( except for the lifeboats, which by that time the ship was in that position almost all the boats were lowered) and then that final touch of professional filming! Absolutely the most beautiful thing I've seen ! The last part made me feel like I was there, and even when the lights went out, it made me feel emotional, remembering the souls lost that night including the ship aswell. You my friend are one of those few youtube artists that know how it's done. Congrats and keep it up! :)

    • Second detail is the smoke from the first funnel. The boiler rooms 5 and 6 that fed the first funnel were flooded by now, there would be no smoke coming from it.
