don't think so... the pace of the 4 first guys was practically the same, here Pecco was the smartest one he achieved the first place in the first lap because he knew it was the best option for the tyres, the guy in front has some advantages. Anyway Marc has still this beast inside, he wants to win the championship. he will win or he will fall u'll see in the last races.

I don't especially root for anyone, just for good racing. But I, like many people, was a bit annoyed when MM won every race (like now with Verstappen in F1), but now I am looking forward to seeing him in the mix and fighting for victories. He went through a lot with that bad arm surgery, and he deserves some success for a change. And so does Gresini Racing and everyone in that amazing team!

he had the pace this race, the 4 guys in the front had the same pace, but the nowadays motogp aerodynamics and tyre pressures give some advantages to the rider in the front... in the future we will see more fights in the early race, just to get the first position as soon as possible.. u'll see, I mean If Marc would've achieved this first position in the early he could been the winner, same as Martin or Binder.... Pecco was the smartest one this weekend, he knew that.

Marc Marquez must have matured he was content with top 5 position. He didn't challenge at all. If this was the Marc everyone know he would have not settled with just 4th position. He had all the chances but he played it safe. It's the beginning of the season and may have been the right thing to do knowing what happened the last two season.
He needs to get familiar with the bike before taking his usual risks. My guess is he will be close to his old self (but maybe a little mellowed) by the end of the season
Marc is looking like the Vettel of Motogp now. When he wins everyone hates him. But when he isnt winning, and being just positive being in the top 5, everyone loves him.
They better watch out, Marc is always smiling, he is ready to have fun with everybody.

This is the start Marc needed, racing laps, not testing. Every race he will get better and have more information and learn to adapt to the Ducati. 4th in his first race and not far from a podium is very good and 3rd Ducati home, ahead of guys with better bikes and more experience (Ducatis)!✊️👍

A great start. Am really looking forward to see how he continues to adapt to the bike in the coming races . I think the news around him is dumb, though. Like this man went through hellfire the last four years. And lets also add that he had been on the same bike for a decade., which they can find out with just a basic google search if they somehow slept through it. Thankfully he understands what he needs to do and its keeping it real. He's still clearly determined and the ambition is still very much there but he's planning fot success and that requires a correct assessment of the situation.
