    • Rodman always tried to win the psychological part of the game. You get in your opponents heads, you throw them off their game cause they’re more worried about you. He learned that from his Bad Boys days. Guys like Mahorn and Laimbeer taught him well.

    • Jordan knows Dennis is too precious to lose, but at the same time he can't just stop rodman from doing what he wanted, i remember since Jordan was really serious about games and he is known for being very strict into practices, he spent some of his time to go to Vegas where Rodman was having a vacation which Jordan knew was a bad idea of even letting Rodman get some days off, since Rodman most likely would miss the practice and the game, and he straight up knock on the hotel door and told Rodman to get his ass up to get to practice, this shows how much Jordan values Rodman as a teammate, it's like a dad picking up his son to school after having a sleepover with his friends.

  • If he got in your head, he won the matchup. Rodman was known to get technical fouls and play dirty. But he always gave as good as he got to the guy he was guarding. Getting the other teams big guy in foul trouble early, while smiling. Controlling the paint even with size disadvantages. He pushed the borders of what was legal, but he did it in a way that gave his team such an advantage.

  • There is an old, old Reader's Digest article about Rodman and his friendship with and help of a young boy who was an invalid, if I remember correctly, and was in and out of the hospital. I don't remember a lot of the details, but it was very touching. Several NBA players have stated that Rodman is a sweetheart of a person, when he is not on the ball court. I can't help but picture him, in the past, pulling some of this BS on Wilt Chamberlain, who was famous for not putting up with antics similar to this, and sending players flying with a turn of his shoulders, or a wave of his arm.

  • Those high kick rebounds are absolutely hilarious. I used to do that in my high school games to emulate Rodman and my coach would get so mad.

  • Ron Artest use to remind me of of Rodman. I loved it when he became a laker the story of how he talked to Kobe about joining is very Rodman like as well. But feel like his energy is what completed that championship puzzle piece.
