I agree, I was a gymnastics coach for most of my life and learning a backtuck is really easy if you go through the progression

- As a level 10 gymnast, it's not too hard if you can get out of your comfort zone. I took 2 days to learn it from trampoline to now the track at cheer. Just relax and do what makes the backflip better even if it scares you!
