@max737ifly how did you get the fire?
I’m 70, a retired 777 Captain. I grew up in Ozone Park in Queens (near JFK) and I learned to FLY at LGA in 1970 at LaGuardia Flying Service and became a CFI with them. The school moved to nearby FLUSHING AIRPORT, now closed, but the swamp that the airport reverted to is visible in your sim. The only regret in my incredible career as a Captain (737, 727, 747, A300, DC10, 777) was I was based at EWR never got the chance to land ANY jet at LGA. Thanks so much for this simulation. It made my day. Paul Havis
Holy
Respect
I'm a 737-800 Captain right now and have landed ERJ-175's in LGA almost daily when I was based up there. Fun approach. DCA's river visual was a good one, too.
Hi, Paul. Have a great retirement time. I am 36 and just now realized that I wanna be an airline pilot. Now I have only dream with me and ordered few books to learn. Rod Machado's handbook as well. I have a ukrainian and israeli passport. We have a war in Ukraine so I can work there. I don't understand how can I apply to work in Europe in the future if I don't have an european passport? I also can't be a pilot in USA. Can you have any suggestions? Thank you.
Hi Paul, I dream of becoming an Airline Pilot every day for a couple of years now, but the only thing stopping me from doing this is Math. I am terrible at Math and unfortunately, that is why I will never become an Airline Pilot. Do you have any tips?
As someone who has tried to record msfs in this way before, I appreciate the amount of effort and time that goes into recording/editing! Especially considering how annoying it can get sometimes😅Love these videos !

Liberty City & Roman's phone call hilarious! 😂
You sir set the bar for quality with aviation content. My goodness, the editing and cinematography you do is unrivaled. Keep the up the amazing work!
Was not expecting to see you here
Why hello Sir Ryan!!
The biggest emergency i’ve ever faced on an airplane are ALL the goddamn toilets being occupied when i desperately had to take a dump. It was a close call.

Thought it was gonna be a crash landing😂

I LOVE when Roman calls on final! That really happens more often than not, doesn't it? Talk about un-equaled realism! Absolutely a thumbs up and what a great touch to this video...
As someone who plays this since the ancient MSFS 95, I have no words to describe how good this simulator has become.
Looks great. Having flown the 73, quick tip - in winter conditions such as this one, remember to do a 30 second run up on the runway at 60% N1 before taking off. Ensures there’s no ice in the engines! Also, consider diverting to JFK with a longer runway if you’re on one engine. Nice vid
OH MY GODD a new max737ifly video after 6 months
Waits every year for a new version of the game or probably takes time to make the videos…
And its worth it

The level of realism is amazing! I just flew out of Detroit today, and it was like experiencing the whole day all over again. Just wow
the engine of ur plane caught on fire too?
The plane pulling out on the runway which caused the go-around was a fun surprise! I actually exclaimed "Oh shit!" when it started rolling onto the runway! The low altitude during that last turn before landing was a bit harrowing. Landing seemed perfect. The fire plane dousing at the end was hilarious! Highly entertaining vid! Loved it!

HELLA props to you for the GTA IV easter egg!! Amazing work, as always!
Can you show me where the Easter egg is in the video because I'm interested in too GTA IV

I was so confused for a second. I had popped across to a different tab and I heard the music and the "Ding" and I was like "Did it autoplay a GTA IV video?"
@@forrestgumball I WAS SO CONFUSED!! I really though that some city surrouding NYC was called that- and then I remembered where it came from haha
For added realism: as a trained tower controller for IVAO, at North American airports (unless the SID says otherwise or you’re doing a vector), we usually advise departing traffic to “fly runway heading” and after they surpass a certain altitude (usually initial climb), we then give them clearance to proceed DCT to there waypoint. Just thought I’d point that out but otherwise, your videos are good.
wow fantastic - felt like a real flight! British Airways normally chime the call bell 3 times to signify to cabin crew (and the pax in the know) that the flight deck are about to initiate departure
Man all the movements of the camera and adjustments getting the aircraft ready are all extremely well done. All so methodical.
The editing is more than perfect! It really feel like the engine fire is real! Bravo incredible edit !!!! 🤯

As someone who has always had the best in PC peripherals for 20+ years, to play everything maxed out. I have to say this video is showing off the most photo realistic computer generated graphics I have seen thus far, truly stunning. Thank you for sharing.
23:14 lol 😂what the hell? She said “He’s got a gunnnn”
Great video! Absolutely gorgeous. Small easter egg for aviation geeks: while the aircraft registration ends in "1NN", the nose wheel doors show "3EL" which doesn't match. Captain, I think someone messed up your plane with the wrong spare parts, no wonder the engine failed! :P
I have really never seen such a beautiful recording, unbelievable how it was projected so sharply so smoothly, I watched breathlessly and have included the recording in my archive because I want to watch it again and have it viewed. Awesome!
Can only imagine what flight simulators will look like in 10-20 years…
You will teleport to a real plane 💀
if they use google map street view, it will look exactly real.
You just become a pilot

Why is nobody talking about the pilot getting sued for animal abuse
I can’t overstress how amazing it is to see these videos. The production quality is great and it runs all the way through these 30 minute videos. As someone who loves aviation to death, I’m happy to eat this content up all day. Keep it rollin man!
This is an art, and you have perfected it my dude!! Absolutely stunning production!
Wow! Got my pulse into the red & my blood pressure bouncing. Very realistic. Thank you for that.
WHEN THE WORLD NEEDED HIM MOST- HE RETURNS!! we missed your videos man keep em up
Impressive. Well done. I like the old American Airlines Livery. Looks like pure shiny steel.
Thank you for paying attention to all the details and explaining everything
Kudos to a buttersmooth landing and the magnificent editing efforts that went into this!
Hats off to you! Truly a Topper amongst msfs 2020 videos! Like a mini movie, with a climax at the end!
The work and effort put into this is phenomenal. Amazing video!
Very nice ride, in a familiar sound environment. Many exterior views are breathtakingly realistic; the Manhattan skyline and out the window by the engine, on approach. Your shots are really beautiful and original, and the external views of the plane are epic. I had never seen anything as good.
Really cool video but to answer your question: yes, I was on a plane during an emergency, I remember it like It was yesterday even If 8 years have passed. 7th of June 2015. I was on a Blue Air Boeing 737, flight 0B-4101 taking off from Caselle Airport, Torino (my home town) to Catania (Sicily). We had a tire burst during take-off, shortly after V1. Trust me: It's something you'd never want to witness. The bang from the landing gear (plus all the vibration going to the aircraft and directly to your body) made me really shat my pants off. We've been on holding above Torino while the plane dumped the fuel and It was not over for me until we safely touched the runway of Caselle. It has been the longest hour and a half of my life.
The effort of getting such beautiful scenes, make the time of wait worth it. I love you Max, have good landings.
Great video max ! you always revolutionized flight sim videos and keep the hard work
You know, I actually have to say this makes me feel even better about flying if an emergency occurs. Barring certain very specific events, experienced pilots and aware, informed ground control can ensure most emergencies still end with an intact plane and safe crew/passengers. Just goes to show that as long as everybody is educated and does their job properly, you can overcome just about any obstacle to ensure everybody stays safe! Thank you - not sure this was necessarily the intended outcome, but I have no doubt you've assuaged some fears for others as well! :)
Loved the call from Roman "Cousin let's go bowling!". Lol.
Wonderful video! You have been greatly missed! Could you share in the Community a snapshot of you your MSFS graphics settings under General Options and your MSFS NVidia Control settings? That'd be amazing. Thanks in advance!
Wow, another amazing video. Had funny moments, great realism. Just the perfect video. I really appreciate it bro, 100/10!! ❤
It's great man, this landing seemed very difficult for me because of the last second turn. For real pilots to make this landing manually it's just respect man. Love the content brother
Can we jusr appreciate the absolute RIDICULOUS production quality of this video?
As a Detroit native, I can confirm that the scenery is extremely realistic.
@@Captainriad You are so proud to be american that you forgot some english classes.
@@Captainriad im not american lol i speak 5
well that Detroit ground crew didn't sound very Detroit lol, it sounded very robotic, they need to work on that, people don't talk like in a natural environment, the MS FSM team needs to work on that, they need to build a data base of people talking to each other from around the world, different accent and all that, even the pilot sounded robotic, only the ATC background communications sounded real, while they were landing.
Muito bom, pra mim uma das melhores simulações e video pelo seu canal. Parabéns
Fantastic job looks amazing. I'm sure you put a ton of hard work into this
Great cinematic simvideo. I'd love to see more external landing replay video from runway spot in near future coming, please.
to me this vid just proves how pilots have everything under control during an emergency and its important for people to keep calm and good to show to people with a fear of flying
This video is awesome, very realistic, like in the real world. Well done!
1:18 the 737 pro max got me laughing I nearly choked on me breakfast
Woah insane graphics and truly love all the sound effects added, voice speeches and the camera effects like the camshake (especially that it bumps when cathing fire). Awesome details. Keep it up!
very impressive video, the editing is insane, would love to see some behind the scenes one day
Wow, on touchdown, that was amazing! Even when you were applying full brakes and reverse thrust the plane still was able to make it! Good job! That was an amazing performance! I would also probably never witness something like this ever in my life.
23:12 OMG, that sound of the engine stalling! 😱
LMAO! THE 747 FIREFIGHTER BIT WAS JUST TOO FUNNY TO WATCH
Génial ! Les vidéos, les scénarios, les explications, le pilotage toujours au top ! Bravo 🎩
Great Video. How do you get such Grafics? Which reshade do u use? How do u avoid Photogrammetry pop in and out? By the way - a engine fire is always a mayday call. Pan pan you use for all events beside they are not time critically and land ASAP is recomm
Any fire onboard an aircraft is a mayday.
Absolutely love the GTA IV references here & there!
I was in the Air Force. Had plenty of inflight emergencies. Ranging from sudden loss of cabin pressure to TCAS within 500ft. Being struck by lightning as well, losing an engine. But never a bird strike fortunately.
The man is back This dude is the meaning of Quality over quantity Keep up the videos
Absolutely stunning video photography. Amazing landing and beautiful views of everything, Awesome job, definitely gonna sub. Thanks for sharing your talents
Just.. Amazing! Well done!
This flight gets me the chills, (especially for the landing part)...
Once I flew on an Aeroflot sukhoi flight that killed 40 or more. Fortunately I sat in the front seats and got a chance to see my family again. Absolutely terrifying
Blud got the afterburner truly fire🔥🔥🔥🔥
As a child in 1994, I predicted we'd have photorealistic flight simulators by the time I reached my father's age. Now, 30 years later, we've realized that future with simulators that are incredibly lifelike.. Despite some challenges, it's an exciting era I'm glad to experience.. I showed him this video and he couldn't believe his eye, until I showed him MSFS himself :)
Very nice video, I loved it when you extinguished the fire with the 747 tanker 🤣
Max is Back! This is awesome. After months
Dude, the effort you put in for the cinematic shots is incredible! As a videographer and editor, I truly understand the immense amount of time it takes to do all this. The work doesn't go unnoticed, it's fantastic!

Just came back to MSFS(2020 as its now called lol) after a couple months hiatus, and i cant believe the production values in this video. My dude... This is incredibly well done. I have to admit the thumbnail made me expect some tacky screaming youtuber trying to smash into buildings. I'm so glad i was wrong.
A masterful job. Both in editing and recording, as well as in piloting and procedures.
It looks so amazing.. Like a real flight front take oof to landing... Good job. 😊
Can you do a Qantas 747-400 from Sydney-LA or LA-Sydney?? I’m American and moved to Australia when I was 11 years old so my family would go back and forth a couple times a year for different reasons. It just always brings back so many memories. Plus Sydney Kingsford Smith is a great airport and Qantas never disappointed either!
