A few years ago I took a chance and brought the Xiaomi Redmi Pro - I did some research but otherwise had never heard of Xiaomi. I was really impressed, lovely screen, responsive phone,decent Android overlay, fingerprint scanner, everything pretty good. So I'm not at all surprised to see Xiaomi are now challenging Samsung, good luck to them.

One thing also need to be noted is the developer support of xiaomi and they allow their devices to be unlocked and try out custom roms ... so maybe the limitation of the second screen must be solved by using a custom rom 🤷🤷

I've had a Mi Mix 2 for just over 2 years and the only problem I ever had with their software is that they forced the hidden notification icons for phones that don't have a camera in the middle.
that was before the whole camera under the screen thing, im using mi mix2 aswell but the rear paint of the phone easilly scrapped off by my fingers and im not liking it. The phone is great but the paint bugged me off.
Ceramic on the S10 Plus was almost 2x as durable as the Gorilla Glass 5 back of the S10+ It definitely gives a benefit to it.

I bought into the Huawei p20 pro hype a few years ago and ended up being really disappointed with the camera. Learned a valuable lesson that the most important thing with phone cameras is software calibration not hardware specs. I'll stick with the Samsung for sure.

Don't buy the Mi 11 Ultra you'll regret it because of the battery life and buggy ad filled MIUI software. S21 Ultra (SD 888 version) is a much better phone

The vocabulary you use, which is precise, but not full of technicalities so everyone can comprehend, the way you transmit the assurance of "That guy is a professional and really knows about what he is talking about" while keeping it cool and friendly with a joke here and a little something there... @@venator7889 yeah, you're right, I realized about that after finishing the video, I wrote a comment about that other point of view I had, and the fact that the cheers so much Xiaomi's specs and features, but won't do the same for the galaxy Note, like there was nothing better that Samsung could offer. We can clearly see the camera quality on Xiaomi it's not better than the Samsung, at all. And it's light-years away on software development from bien as stable and reliable as a Samsung. However, in my opinion they both have a horrible, unprofessional, unattractive UI.. And just to conclude, if they based themselves on samsungs flagship and then just boosted up whatever specs it had, it means a few things to me Xiaomi es lacking some real invovation, (originality, and some implementation of it), and they though that to win the market they just had to do what the competition did but with esteroides.
@@oz9478 Yeah he also forgot to mention that the Mi 11 Ultra suffers from severe overheating issues, has 2.5 hours less battery life than the S21 Ultra, has difficult, buggy hard to use software and takes worse photos than even the base Galaxy S21
What I like about this is that the competitors will try to make a better phone, and after years of iteration, the phone that we thought was the best phone will be cheap.

I actually love how companies are competing We as customers , we are the ones who enjoys this competition They challenge to provide new technology at high pace , that makes it kinda impossible to get a bad deal nowadays 2 years ago high refresh rate screens were first brought to the market , now it's a priority even midrange phones have it It's cool 😌😌😌
Sometimes it's good, sometimes it isn't. It depends on *how* they're competing. Here, they're competing to make the best product, which is good for ordinary people. In places like Epic Games vs Steam, Epic games is competing to be required, not better. Which is bad for consumers.
Competition is good only if it helps each other excel. Chinese companies like Xiaomi just steal and copy other's technology and pose it as their own. And assholes like the guy in video shamelessly promote these thieving companies. And Chinese smartphone companies can never take over the world like this guy says because of the patent issues. Like I said, they steal other companies' technology and therefore cannot sell it outside of China where their communist government protection doesn't reach.

For instance, I never "selfie" myself except if asked when I'm with friends (i.e. not often enough to make this a main criterion, because otherwise I haven't adhered to nowadays trendy narcissism); also, for my work (or even mere satisfaction), I'd need the cameras to render the most accurate colors that's available, especially for pictures; about the weight, since it'd sleep in my vest's inner pocket, the lighter, the better - else, on top of presenting yourself with a visible weight in your pocket and your looks, the vest itself can get deformed. Yes, I've just acquired the S22 Ultra 😁. That said, it's a good comparison review, thank you and thumbs up!
