The Formula for Successful Aging | Gary Small | TEDxUCLA
Recent scientific evidence is compelling that lifestyle habits have a significant impact on cognitive health and successful longevity; but the many reports are sometimes confusing and contradictory. This session will explain and highlight relevant new discoveries and translate them into practical strategies for improving memory performance, optimizing brain health, and living better longer.

I enjoyed listening to TedxUCLA talk about Successful Aging and learned a little about techniques about remembering names in a short time. This is
mostly a condensed version of his talk years ago already on UCTV channel, but still lots of useful information to know about healthy ageing! Stress management, Physical and Mental exercise, and Healthy Eating. I personally would add one more behaviour: Adequate Sleep.
Also loving relationships

I'm learning to play guitar for my brain. Not only the physical playing but also the music theory. No worries about the other three he mentioned.
Excellent talk to the point and can be experimented
Thanks
Good tips
