The vote was 82 MSPs for and 32 MSPs against with 4 abstentions. The bill became Law on 23 April 2021. I don't think that the Britnat Labour and Liberal Democrats hate the English. Even the SNP and Green don't hate the English people. They want their independence from Westminster with its 533 English Westminster MPs that control Scotland. Like 62 other countries like New Zealand, Canada, Australia and the Republic of Ireland who gained their independence from Westminster and celebrate their independence day.
