Police "Drowning In Complaints" With Surge In Hate Crime Reports

2024 ж. 12 Мам.
131 923 Рет қаралды

The Scottish Daily Mail’s Mike Blakely reacts after front-line officers warned they ‘can’t cope' with the surge in hate crime reports, following new laws being introduced.
The legislation, which came into effect on April 1, faced a fierce backlash from Harry Potter author JK Rowling and former Rangers and Scotland footballer Ally McCoist.
Scottish ministers, meanwhile, have defended the legislation, with Scottish Greens co-leader and minister Patrick Harvie warning those peddling false information would have a “heavy price on their conscience”
Mike says: “Police are concerned about drowning in complaints!”

Maybe that’s a little dramatic, but if we were granted independence I don’t see how we could make it work without it taking several generations, even more foreign investment and takeover, all while the native Scottish people are being lectured about how privileged we are because our ancestors had white skin. American political tactics of shaming the masses with outright racism just harbours resentment and causes backlash. There’s just nobody competent enough to lead. Scotland is barely even a nation anymore. Most of our land and resources are owned by other nations. Furthermore, we’d only be trading Westminster for Brussels. Don’t get me wrong: a smaller government does sound appealing, but the price of imported goods would have to skyrocket, a little bit like Iceland (which I’m told is actually a lovely country). Scotland has serious problems with a high rate of drug addiction and resulting deaths because there are just no prospects and no downright hope for much of the working class. Working class boys are being left behind in education, but the government is more concerned with lecturing them about white privilege.

Free speech is a fundamental human right, it literally allows for discussion of ideas and societal improvement and development. I'll be honest with you, I'm a migrant (a legal one), but even I can see that your own government is shafting you massively. What they're doing is wrong, and it's important to refuse to accept it. Literally the main reason they likely implemented that is in order to not allow islam to be criticized. If your government has turned against you, the only sensible thing to do is revolt, because the alternative to that is that eventually, you will be dehumanized and either literally slaughtered or outbred to the point where you will become a minority in your own nation. It's crucially important to point that out and criticize it, unless you want to see UK becoming increasingly like the 3rd world. • I disagree. The complaints regarding the 'white, white, white' speech were not made out of context. What does it matter about the colour of a person's skin if they have been selected for a role based on merit or in the case of a politician _elected_ by the electorate? Humza's delivery of the speech, emphasising each 'white' exudes hatred and loathing of anyone who is white. The man is seething with rage but does not grasp the fact that he is in a majority white country but that fact does not _exclude_ non-whites from excelling in the country to _by merit_ . If there were to be a speech along the lines of: 'Brown, brown, brown. Why are all the heads of the nations' governments in the UK all brown and unelected? There seems to be an insidious policy to _install_ non-white leaders rather than elect on merit. This _is_ a threat to democracy and one has to wonder why this nasty and anti-white movement exists.' Would that be seen as hateful despite raising legitimate concerns about how leaders of a particular skin colour are being _installed_ ?

Nicola Sturgeon also halted the debate to remove two suffragettes from the public gallery knowing this was taking away women’s rights and putting children in danger but they didn’t care. The amount of women who never gave it another thought sat there in favour of ripping away women’s rights that took 100 years to achieve sickened me to my stomach. Jackie’s Bailey stands out most to me that night laughing and joking bringing up little insignificant points ignoring the bigger picture of what this meant for all women in Scotland. Not only the women of Scotland but all women in the uk the suffragettes fought and died fighting for women to have the right to vote now Muslims are fighting to take them away. The women in Afghanistan are being stoned to death and we have idiots running around with flags supporting Hamas who also don’t respect women’s rights chanting like fools to support people who will torture or behead anyone who does not hold their views. • I was in attendance at a forum where this law was the main topic. There is deep concern over how it's going to change the way many * normal* situations will be affected. There is major concern about the fact that it differs bbetween how Islam and Christianity will be treated. An example was put forward with the recent Easter Sunday celebration taking place Someone asked about the fact that in their area the Christian church are gathered to hold a sunrise service with them being led by the good old Sally Ann. In a local park car enough from blindingly to bother anyone at all. The churches were advised that police had received several complainants about the fact that some Muslim families didn't want the event to proceed as they do not celebrate Easter so it's an offence against Islam that this be allowed to happen. The actual law wasn't in force then but came into force on Easter Monday. Police investigation showed that those who made the complaint lived 8 miles away from the location so could not have been bothered by noise, prayers or praise of those participating. When informed no action was to be taken and the service was to go ahead as planned they went ballistic yelling how it was an offence against Islam that this be allowed to take place in public . During the discussions that followed it was repeatedly stated by Muslims present that they ought not to be forced into listening to Christian invitations to come share worship. An elderly man then quietly asked why need he have to listen to the daily calls to prayer which take place throughout the day he pointed out that while those complaining about how the Sally army band could have disturbed local ( remember the complaint was made by people who lived 8miles away from the place the band would be playing and nearest family homes just under half a mile from the park in question flagpole). He pointed out that the mosque was situated in a heavily populated area with both private and social housing estates literally all around it what if Christian locals decided that they don't want to be forced to listen to Muslims being called to worship and everyone of them chose to make complaints under the new system. Muslims present erupted the meeting became chaotic as they yelled, squealed, screamed and threatened of possible outcomes because " they have the right to worship according to their beliefs and practices " When it was quietly pointed out by the same elderly man that so did he, that people have been gathering for centuries here in Scotland to hold religious services and marches to demonstrate their Christian faith so why in a Christian country should Christians be forbidden to continue to do so. Many responses from the hall but there frighteningly was one often yelled response. Britain will not be Christian country for much longer or British people have to adapt to those coming here and as majority of those are Muslims then the British people must now to the will of Allah!!!!! I left the hall deeply concerned as I am employed I. Emergency services to ten one those homeless people and asylum seekers I know how many men come in to country with dubious stories of paperwork. I've lost count of the number of persecuted teenagers who arrive for interviews only to discover that they appear middle aged men On one example out of liberty hundreds while interviewing a 19!!! Year old as to it he had any family members here or indication of possible areas we could begin perusing housing in and did he have any special requirements. He informed me that he was going to be needing at least a five bedrooms house no flats because one of his wife's needed a garden and his children are too old now to be sharing bedrooms. I told him that at this point in the all be would be getting offered was single homeless accommodation and that meant most likely in high rise flats. He went crazy called me everything under the sun and screamed at top of his voice that I was being racist and denying him his legal right. He had fully expected that he would after interview be to directly from the centre to a fully furnished house in the area of his choice ( one of the most exclusive areas of the city no less) and when via the interpretation service in use he was made to calm down and listen I began to explain how things work how he was currently being interviewed for accommodation for a single person in a one bedroom flat within the centre and how in days to come application for social housing would be made on his behalf. How all applications must only be made for him alone and future needs would have to be dealt with in the future when it family members came to UK he could reapply for alternative housing again he lost the plot and I reminded both hi m and interpreter that as the basic interview had not yet taken place that unless he calmed down and treated me with respect the interview would be cancelled and he would have to return to the refugee centre. Then he requested ( demanded) to see the accommodation I took them to view the flat in question a one bedroom living room kitchen shower/ bath room and hallway all fully furnished and supplied with everything from two sets of bedding towels curtains right down to kitchen fully stocked from lots kettle dishes cups teapot cutlery down to teaspoons. He wasn't happy we returned to interview room and he spoke to interpreter who appeared to be arguing with him. He interpreted tells me it's not big enough where will his friends sleep. He was then informed no overnight guests yes another argument. I ignored that and informed him of what he would be expected to do while living in the flat. When I mentioned that he was responsible for the payment of his personal rent from benefits which was at that time 2years ago £7.46 p per week which includes electricity he blows up again and suddenly in virtually perfect English called me an undesirable slur and informed that he was now ever going to be paying rent that he would be having his friends sleep if he so chose and in fact two were waiting for the interview to finish so they could move their own as well as his belongings in that night. I cancelled the interview called in my manager and both myself and interpreter informed her of the events during the pre interview of his threats of violence facial and sexual slurs refusal to accept the terms and conditions of accommodation and the fact his documentation appears to be false as he has documentation stating he is 19years old but claimed he required accommodation for two wife's and several children two of whom he said were 21 years old twins. Interview was cancelled he had to return to the refugee centre and I forwarded the details of his comments and paperwork on to the border agency explaining why interview was cancelled and no accommodations offered as protocol demanded I also informed all the other homeless support centres in area of his application details and I'd info. Within one hour three other centres contacted me advising they had received referrals from refugee centre for accommodation for him when two informed they had no vacancies they approached the third who informed that they only had one vacancy and an elderly man had already been offered the interview they actually had the ball to ask they cancelled the interview and took in the one I had refused. When informed no they tried to bully receptionist by saying they were going to make an official complaint about her. Her senior project manager took the call read out the referral they forwarded and informed them to complain all they wanted because first thing in morning she would be making her own co.playing regarding the changes in information on several form between the various centres they had referred him too. They forget that we all used same site and systems so we could see referrals information. Worrying yes and I'd be a liar if I said it was a rare occurrence it happens with disgustingly regularity.

    • NO! Gesture politics has NO place in education anywhere! Woke and cancel culture are in full swing in those places already, and they are manipulating and poisoning the minds of our uneducated young, warping the way they think and behave, and it needs to stop.

  • New 'Miranda warning' for elected representatives, to be read out before voting : 'You have the right to vote down proposed legislation that is unenforceable. You have the duty to consider how, and to what degree, new laws can be misused and so cause more serious problems than they might alleviate. Anything you vote in can, and may, be used against you in a general election'. Make them all sign a declaration that they have read and understood the warning. Make the declarations public.

  • You can say that Hamza's 'Hwyte' speech was taken out of context; however the Mark Meechan (Count Dankula/N*** Pug) trial set the ludicrous precedent in Scotland that context isn't important. You can't have it both ways.
