👉 Learning English restaurant vocabulary can be fun and exciting for each of us! Imagine walking into a restaurant and confidently ordering your favorite dishes using words like "appetizer" for a starter🥣, "entrée" for the main course🍔, and "dessert" 🍰 for that delicious sweet treat at the end. Exploring the menu becomes an adventure as you learn words like "hamburger," "pizza," or "spaghetti," making it easier to pick what you want to eat. Don't forget about "beverages" for drinks, like "soda," "juice," or "water," which you can request from the waiter or waitress with a polite "please" and "thank you."
👉 As you practice these words, you'll also discover terms like "waiter" or "waitress" for the person serving your food and "chef" for the person cooking it. Understanding phrases like "may I have the bill, please?" or "could I get a napkin?" helps you communicate your needs while dining out. And let's not overlook the importance of manners-saying "excuse me" when passing by, using "please" and "thank you," and being patient while waiting for your order-all contribute to a pleasant dining experience and your growth in using English restaurant vocabulary like a pro!

  • I've really enjoyed this lesson, especialy because I've understand each word you've said. Your pronaunsition is so clear, for example I've never pronaunsed letter 't' in word "restorant", but I've clearly heard you did so. Or word "cuisine": I've pronaunsed simply "kju:zi:n", but you said without ju:. Thank you for that.
