I fail to see the difference (or need for emphasis by tautology) between vegan and free of boiled non-human (usually porcine, bovine or piscine) bones? Boiled bones are not bad for you, unless you're vegan. Any connective tissue in our diet consists mostly of one protein, collagen, which is even taken as a supplement. Our body can break down and utilise all of it and safely evacuate any excess. Since I eat animals, I'd rather use (and let them process) every part.

For those who don't know, agar agar is powdered seamoss. They changed the name to sell it expensive.
It's a vegan substitute for gelatin and it apparently tastes good. Some people can't have gelatin for health reasons, too. I can't tell the difference taste wise lol
Thank you

I love that she used agar agar instead of gelatin. That makes these vegan and free of boiled animal bones. Looks so good!
Exactly!!!
What is agar agar
@@terry8095 A type of sea weed used in the food industry, microbiology (as growth medium) and molecular biology (when depolymerised and separated from pectine, as a controlled matrix for chromatography or electrophoresis).
@@terry8095fake gelatine
I fail to see the difference (or need for emphasis by tautology) between vegan and free of boiled non-human (usually porcine, bovine or piscine) bones? Boiled bones are not bad for you, unless you're vegan. Any connective tissue in our diet consists mostly of one protein, collagen, which is even taken as a supplement. Our body can break down and utilise all of it and safely evacuate any excess. Since I eat animals, I'd rather use (and let them process) every part.
Wish I could buy some! This is food art to my mind and vegan! I haven't had Mexican candy before.
Please try Mexican candy soon. You will love it!
