They didn't ask Em for help. The fact is, he didn't do anything for that genre of rappers from the city. They had to kick in the doors themselves, so why would they hold him in high regards. They feel like he said fuck them when they were trying to come up and they said fuck him back. And how is that hating?
Royce has a genius way of voicing his opinion and being extremely respectful at the same time. People In general (including myself) need to apply this a lot more
Royce has a way of skirting the line. He usually keeps from crapping on Em, while also showing the throwing props at those in hip hop that, in actuality, have an issue with Em’s skin color. I don’t know their personal relationship, but over the past several years it doesn’t seem to me that Royce has always been the best friend. Not 100%
@@MrThankman360 ya they had had a beef back when him and D12 exchanged their diss tracks to each other but I slim stayed out of it. They're good friends now from my understanding but it seems Royce gets annoyed because every interview they have with him they always try to swing the interview towards EM. Gotta be frustrating for Royce.

Man Royce is well spoken, his ability to articulate his thoughts is impressive- wish I could do that. Love his music and actually found him through Em. Outside The US I think that is Em’s biggest work for the culture. He brought so many other artists to new audiences.
Gotta work on it man. One day at a time. Read more. Recognize your thoughts and feelings throughout the day and just think on em then eventually vocalize them and make note

There’s a difference between a top 5 of your favorite rappers and a top 5 of the best rappers. You don’t have to listen to everyone or relate to a rapper to know he’s one of the greats. To me the greats are the ones who accomplished the most in the genre and helped it evolve and pave the way for other styles and artists.

I've always enjoyed listening to Royce. He's very intelligent, and can put together a puzzle in his head on the spot, and also figure out different ways to put it together. I think the best way to put it, he can think before he speaks. Royce knows that in today's world, Mc and rapping have finally split in half completely. Unfortunately, this generation cares more about rapping, and how the beat sounds. This is where it gets confusing with eminem and other lyrical beast. They will always be kings and held to the highest honor of hip hop. Everyone will see that all these rappers now, won't last. They can't adapt, especially with rap, as it is the only genre of music that has a climate change at any given moment. Sooner or later, people will realize that the only ones left, are the ones that have been here the whole time. The lyrical monsters. Em and Royce are the GOATS by the way, just in case anyone forgets!

Royce one of the greatest, he's on my top 5 greatest lyricist to ever hold a microphone and he doesn't get the respect he deserves for how great his writing ability is because the industry and people in general only give him attention when he has a feature on another rappers album. There's not a song that Royce featured on in the past two three years that he didn't have the best verse and on his own albums his writing is second to none.
