Chael came from that gritty wrestling mentality of working extremely hard as well as having a tremendous camaraderie with your team. He puts everything into training his athletes as well as training himself. They don’t make em like Chael anymore.

First time I watched this I thought that basketball drill was stupid. But if you struggle with footwork, stance reset, spacing management etc. that drill is very useful.
