"Could it be" is the song that Yuqi sings (and plays her guitar) for her solo stage performance at (G)I-dle concerts. Her solo stage interactions with the audiences are really great. Well worth checking out a fan cam from a concert. Also, there was a teaser video for the song that explains that the candles are magical wish granting candles.
YUQI and Yena fit this style so well. they could do really well doing this style.
Both songs are about Yuqi embracing herself and showing gratitude to her own achievement and how far she’s come along the way. Love it. Proud of her.
TheMV Teaser for the album showed a successful Yuqi questioning her status, and wishing for some time alone. She finds a box of candles on her doorstep, that suggests if she puts it on a cake, makes a wish and blows it out, dreams can come true. Which leads to ths "Could It Be" MV with her making multiple wishes and finding her early years of becoming successful again. Then it shows her wake-up and a split of two images; one with the candles un-used, and another with all of them used. And she chooses to go off and live her early dreams.

I think you're on to something when you said it's giving Dumdi Dumdi vibes! When Yuqi is in the diner it looks like the same one from Dumdi Dumdi. Also, when she's by the pool, it looks like the scene when you first see Yuqi in the Dumdi Dumdi music video.

Could be my imagination, "could it be magic" feels like the grass-roots 'early Taylor Swift' aestetic. she even had the rhinestone guitar and cowboy hat. Also, at 23:58 that was a reference to 'The Craft'
