  • I think this match shows just how ridiculously great lcw was, in their head to head think this is the third time viktor has beaten lcw vs eleven losses to him. Viktor had to be at his absolute best whilst lcw had umpire and service judge against him. We're all used to seeing lin Dan beat lcw in epic matches but to keep it in perspective lcw dominated every other top player in his h2h record including taufik and Peter gade

Now he won the All England sooner than LCW 2 years. How could u said that LCW is better than Axelsen, compare when they in same age, i could see alot of different here ?

  • At 46.08, if the umpire can't see the perspiration on the floor, he should be called down from his high chair for a look. To simply say "where's it" and deny the mopping request is a little arrogant and demeaning. Means you are telling fibs.

    • Umpires and service judges are given way too much power. They really need to raise the professionalism and credibility of these judges by having actions taken against them when a bad call is made. Otherwise they feel almighty and just abuse their power according to their mood. And let's be completely honest. No one human is 100% impartial. They definitely will have lesser patience/dislike towards either one. It's easy. Ask the umpire to bet his own money on a winning player and you will see who he/she favors.

  • Great and excellent performance from both !. Axelsen in his prime time best and LCW in his still old time best . LCW was unusually peak best after his 2012 London Olympic and after his wonderful marriage 💑 until he was momentumly broken by the false alleged doping scandal and the inactive competition.

    • @ngockhoahuynh4052 whoever you are on the day of performance, you have to be in all aspects, tip-top fitness , is a battle of life or you will brutally be slaughtered . Axelsen, Christie, LKY, Ginting, Momota and ... to beat Lin Dan was almost nothing special but for the same to beat LCW was unheard of.

  • LCW held back a bit (in final match at 4:4 points each) afraid to hit viktor's face again. From that moment Viktor lead the game. I learn that "never hold back during the game". ... Just my opinion 😇 both are great players
