New York appeals court overturns Weinstein rape conviction
In a 4-3 decision, the New York Court of Appeals overturned Harvey Weinstein's rape conviction. The ruling stated that the judge in the trial made an error in allowing the testimony of three women who were not involved in the case. The decision came as a shock to more than a hundred of Weinstein's accusers. NBC News' Kate Snow reports.

No they just play victim to much for that little bit of ego $ fame
@@American_Proud101 yea because all women on earth just came together and decided that grape was something we were all going to make up to give us some attention. where’s the logic? most grape goes unjustified so where is the ego or fame supposed to come from? and also how on earth is a woman supposed to get ego from grape? no woman in the world has ever felt even “okay” let alone GOOD after any man has forced himself upon her. would your ego be boosted if someone in the street randomly stabbed you? there’s just no thought to your words. I’d say if all women could join together, we’d all decide to avoid men like you.
