I know freezy said it wasn't mind blowing but got damn I wasn't expecting the body transformation to be so different. Keep up the work my guy, you've done a hell of a job.
so whats this zegatronz guy even trying to say?
Exactly he looks amazing. It blew my mindddd!! Well done him very inspiring too
He has done great, but the first picture is after he just got out of bed in bad lighting. While the 75 day photo is after a workout with a pump in perfect lighting while posing. So it's definitely inflated. Still good progress though.
Seriously! Take a look at his shoulders. Huge gains for sure.
@@TmOgsableNah first pic is defo not bad lighting at all
What a transformation man! You and chip smashed it !
Could not agree more
Bro is being incredibly modest those progress pics are night and day especially for only a 3 month period, big ups man👍🏼
You don't need to end it... you need to keep at your fitness, you can burn cals by walking.. reading a book great for mental health, being a KZheadr/CEO or on social media grinds your mentality. Hope you can keep at some parts
I saw on a podcast a challenge he signed up for next year to keep at it is a Marathon along the Great Wall of China
why walk when u can run?
Stop trying to make the whole CEO youtuber thing sound relatable to a normal 9-5 or retaul job, its actually showing how incredibly out of touch you are with reality in the amount of efford that is put in for this and how much money theyre paid in comparison. Its similar to comparing to a good enough footballer at times.
@@ZeGaTronZbruh just stfu. he literally runs a company, and you also dk what he rly does behind the scenes
@@ZeGaTronZI mean you could do this too but not get paid
This is mad impressive. I’m overweight, drink significantly too much, and haven’t done real exercise since uni. I’ve had the past 2 weeks off work and have the next 3 weeks off as well and I’ve been doing the couch to 5k challenge, and generally trying to eat and drink healthier. It’s hard man. Shin splints hurt, not drinking is hard, being hungry and irritable is hard. Knowing the journey is going to take longer, in the same way each run is too slow, is hard - in lots of aspects I can run a 5k easy, however the realisation that other aspects makes it impossible is tough. Anyway this comment is mostly my own therapy now so good night
It’s one day at a time mate! I’m in a similar boat with being the heaviest I’ve ever been and also drinking too much. Need to make a change, the toughest for me is going to be cutting out drinking as well as eating healthier. But it’s something I know that I need to do and it’s definitely easier said than done. Keep on pushing on!
For shin splints, sit on them with toes pointing out after every workout for about 5 minutes. You won't regret it
Work on your tibialis muscles in your shins every day for 5-10 minutes doing exercises like tib raises. This should help with your shin splints
Exercise with less impact if it’s hurting, running is great but you can pair that with cycling swimming and cardio machines which’ll be better on your shins. If you’re feeling hungry just eat low calorie foods as you can then have a lot of it making you feel full without having tons of calories which’ll put on weight
keep at it man
Honestly Calfreezy gets slept on too much, his videos are so well put together - well done! Inspired me to pick it up in the new year!
congrats cal for completing the challenge and staying consistent!! being consistent is the hardest thing for me especially during winter
Yoo that transformation is insane ive been working out for a year now and ive lost weight but still lackking muscle mass this has motivated me to keep on going as this journey isnt a race its a marathon
I've got to hand it to Callum, we see a lot of transformations come through the lab, and almost never do we see a 5% drop in bodyfat in such a short time, and to do it while gaining 2kg of muscle at the same time AND improving VO2Max AND improving grip strength it's a truly impressive achievement. We often see people improve ONE of these metrics in this time period - never improvements on ALL the metrics, and in case anyone is wondering, the bodyfat was on a DEXA machine, so we stand by that 100%
insane transformation but to do all that in 75 days is pretty obvious some enhancer was involved. But still need to put in the work while on it so good on him
@@boof9679bro u have absolutely no idea about what you are talking about
@@boof9679 lmao no, it's mostly newbie gains really
@@DinnerTableReady been gyming for 4 years and been surrounded by gear takers, i think i know what newbie gains from roid gains. He got money and is at the age where it your test declining so makes sense too jump on it
you are clueless mate@@boof9679
Hi Cal! I’ve been suffering really badly for the past 2 months from mental health, I’ve either eaten myself into the state of not being able to move or I’ve eaten little to nothing for days at a time. I barely sleep which means I’m in bed all day doing nothing. Although it’s late at night, this video as most certainly changed my attitude towards life, I may not be able to complete everything but this has inspired me to clean my room, have a shower and get ready for bed for the first time in a very long time ❤️ I hope others feel this inspired too
If you try the following routine, I guarantee that will all be clear, no depression, no anxiety, only happiness. Wake up and have a cold shower. It's great for boosting your mood and energy. Try meditation for 20/30 mins. You can search Wim Hof's breathing technique to meditate. The meditation keeps your body and brain clear and calm. Read a book when you can, take it to work, read during your break, or read it at home. If you have time, repeat the meditation at night, but the meditation is slightly different from the other meditation I mentioned. It's called gratitude thinking, sitting or lying down for 20 mins and thinking of 3 things you appreciate in life or 3 things that make you happy. Try that for 2 weeks and you'll have no problem or worries.
Going through the same tbh.. You could try the 75 Soft ? It's lighter than the 75 Hard. But honestly, going for a walk for 15-30 mins does you the world of good. Benji was saying a cold shower in the morning, even if it's just a 10 minute one - will certainly get you energised. I'm glad this video has made you motivated though, I'm out of work sadly as I lost my job on Friday.. + this video has made me re-start the challenge in the New Year, sending hugs
Get out the house and do what your supposed to do mate. Don’t accept this is your fate and be the man you need to be to succeed
@@xovxxvox Thank you so much for the advice :) The past few days I've done as much as I can. I have been waking up at 8am at the latest every day and either going for a run or a walk, I have been doing meditation and cold showers and they're definitely working. Thank you
@@rosiedollface Thank you
So much respect to you Cal! Doing yourself better while inspiring others! Great video and great man!
Ngl this is actually motivational! I've been on a fitness arc myself, but the cardio aspect has been the harshest for me. It's what I need to do in order to get to the next level (I'm already pretty strong but my cardio is in the bin massively) and seeing you push through illness and work demands to get it in was awesome to see!
Proper production and dedication, well done Callum
The dedication is the hardest bit but you smashed it mate, congrats!
This was very inspirational. I love these sort of vlogs because it’s so raw and real.
Go on Cal, 75 days, but don’t stop there. 💪🏻💯

I’m doing a no added sugar no junk diet for a month which will end on Christmas Eve…it’s been very hard but I’m pushing through after watching Freezy’s video I’m motivated to try the 75 hard after I’m done with my current diet😃
Doing this challenge caused the breakup of myself and my ex, terrible times, she was the world, but ive never felt better about myself. Thank you cal
Great video and really helped motivate me to do the journey. Feel like I keep myself relatively fit but my discipline is shocking. Seeing you push through on those hard days was very inspiring
If it makes you want to really be motivated.. my breathing before the challenge was really bad, I only did like 17 days or something but my breathing got a lot better :)
Great work cal!
