Building Our Dream Van in 44 DAYS !!!!!

We have been doing van life since July 2022 and decided we wanted to continue life on the road, but build out an entirely new van.
With one build under our belt, we came in with more experience and a better idea of what would make the perfect layout. The main reason for the new build was making it more optimal for winter. We got the van in August, so we had a quick turnaround time before the season approached.
This explains our 44 day build. We built it out in between traveling and had 44 FULL days of work. Sun up to sun down with few breaks in between.
This van is perfect for winter with an Espar Diesel Heater, heated floors, a water heater, a waterproof utility closet, Snow Tires, and more.
We wanted to make it feel like a cozy cabin which explains the excessive amount of staining you'll see in the video to achieve the walnut look.
We used Portola Paints for our walls and countertops. Our black star Portola Roman Clay, (we think), is what pulled the overall design together.
Our Happy Jack Bed Lift changed the game for this build. Being able to push up the bed during the day created so much room for us to have a whole new seating area to eat, hang, work, commune, etc.
