Hi great explanation just a suggestion I can use a heat gun or blow torch to get the conduit a little soften before Bending?
I more likely do that on a 32mm/1/2" conduit.

What did you put exactly in the tube? It seems to be a electric wire. You've said it in your video, but I couldn't understand. I want to make a PVC crank. Your method seems the best by far. Thanks in advance for your answer.
I put a spring bender into the conduit ,the spring bender give the flexibility for the conduit to take the bend but the purpose of the wire is to pull out the bender after the bend is complete.
What is a spring bender? Could you share more info please.
