  • Love the environtment allowing the guys to learn and grow, not working full force. Great work by the coach as well, calling out when guys hit too hard. Amazing. In boxing or at least in all the gyms i've been guys always try to hit the hardest and often in cold 10oz broken gloves. And the coaches don't give a damn.

    • This is what seperates great coaches and average coaches to be quite honest. A coach should always be there to look out for his team, and coach them tell them when they are doing to much, tell them when they make a mistake. Its all good learning. Its always good when the gym environment makes you want to go back the next day to learn more. Safety, Knowledge, Progression.

  • Jonathan Haggerty is one of the most exciting young fighters I've seen in recent years he reminds me a lot of a young hungry Ramon Dekkers with his aggressive come forward style and love his left kicks they are lethal!

    • totally agree, he is a super exciting fighter hes got a huge career ahead of him and achieved a lot at a young age. it will be good to see him back in the ring soon, id still like to see him in traditional gloves

  • I absolutely love that Haggerty slows down after some of his teeps/kicks to check up on his sparring partner and make sure he didnt land too hard. In the first 2 minutes you can see him do this 3 or 4 times. That is a good sparring partner. Love watching him fight as well, I am a huge fan.

    • Seeing the lack of power of Tenshin in comparison to Rodtang , Haggerty take the victory with relative ease with better timing in counters and the teep.
